12 of us stayed here 6 more stayed up street. we celebrated my 70th. we loved the condo the pool the location and it had everything we neededdefinitely would rent again.

Over-Under Communication

I received a LARGE AMOUNT of communications but wasn't told in advance that the elevator wasn't in order for our 3rd FLOOR UNIT, the kitchen ice maker wasn't functioning and the pool side refrigerator was washed away in the storm.

Bachelorette party

We couldn’t be more happy with our experience! It fit 14 girls comfortably with an open concept for socializing and enough bathrooms for getting ready. We didn’t realize the property was completely on the third floor but the elevator was life saving! Overall we were extremely happy with our stay.

The stay was great! A few things: ice maker didn’t work, floor were terribly dirty, furniture with fabric had lots of stains. Overall vacay was great and we would probably rent thru your company again!

Beautiful stay!

The house was perfect for us, and so clean. The property managers went out of their way to make sure we had all that we needed and checked on us. Close to beach, close to shops and restaurants. We hope to stay again!

Great stay!

Perfect two-flat set up for friends stay at the beach. We stayed on the top floor and each flat has its own pool, cabana area and garage with ping pong. Entire block consists of the same type rental buildings. Two blocks from the beach and walking distance to coffee, grocery, and bars. Pool is surrounded by lush landscaping which helps with privacy. Would be do fun for a large group to rent out both floors. Great balcony off kitchen living area. Mgmt was super responsive.

Splintered glass and poor communication

We attempted to cook a family dinner in this property which turned into a disaster when a pyrex baking dish provided by the property exploded when it was placed on the counter sending shards of glass all over the counter and floor, ruining the dinner we had just made (who wants to risk eating splinters of glass) and leaving glass splinters that we were still finding the next day. The property sent out a cleaning crew right after the incident but refused to even reimburse us for the unexpected takeout dinner we had to order and claimed that the pyrex baking dish was "standard edition and without defects" and that they had "acted appropriately." We disagree. I would also mention that the elevator was somewhat tricky to work and the fact that the unit was on the third floor was not, as far as I recall, mentioned during the booking process. This made it somewhat difficult for my 91-year-old father to enjoy this vacation.

That was awesome, however, the cleanliness of the stairway wasn’t as clean as expected. Also, elevator went out of service on third day of our vacation, but overall we really enjoyed it!

Clean/Great location, with some issues

The property was very clean , quiet and close to the beach with nice finishes, well stocked kitchen supplies, elevator is great for guests the stairs are too much for. Issues: Non working ice machine in the fridge, fridge clearly needed mainetance , filter light on , warm water came out of the fridge. Pool area had terrible smell, like propane while we were there hard to enjoy being by the pool with the smell. TV in family room consistently went out , picture would distort while trying to watch shows, bedrooms did not seem to have the same issue. Water pressure in the bathroom that the 2 rooms on the right side of the unit share was not good , requiring us to shower in the other bathrooms. Blind missing in the slider in the family room area, for the cost of the rental that should not be the case, also cushions in the dining area could use a cleaning, especailly the bench seat. Newer condo in a nice area, but it needs some fixes for the price and fees charged.

First Time to Siesta Key

Great stay

Stayed with our family and two others. The property is clean, spacious, and quiet. There is a short walk to the beach, but carts, wagons, coolers on wheels, and chairs made that walk easier.

Great Family Getaway

House was clean and comfortable for family gathering of 7 adults and 2 children. Walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Private pool, elevator, and open concept living. We had a great stay at this property!

Great location, close to beach, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, we could not use the beach at all due to red tide. Hopefully will travel back sometime!

Simply amazing

Super clean, luxurious, spacious. We had 3 families with us fir a total of 14 and everyone accommodations were perfect. We all enjoyed. The lady in the second floor apologized to me, she stated that she had 6 grandkids and they were loud. I told her I couldn’t hear anything, I apologized about my guests, even the adults are loud!. She stated the same” I can’t hear anything. The beach was close , walking distance. “It’s the best family vacation by far. We want to do it again.

Great prop mgmt team/ unit needs a major refresh and lacks in comfort

We stayed here as a family of 5 for Christmas week. Overall it was fine, but did not meet our expectations. First impression: The grout around the tile throughout the unit is stained and creates a less-than-clean impression. Bathrooms: One shower would not generate anything other than lukewarm water. The other two had very low water pressure which was extremely frustrating, especially given the "half glass, no shower door" effect they have. Despite requests from previous guests' reviews. there is one towel bar in each bathroom and no hooks on the doors. The towel bar in the master bath continued to break, falling to the floor and no doubt disturbing the guests beneath us. Single ply toilet paper + bargain paper towels that fell apart. Dining: Dining chairs are not tall enough for table, creating a major reach especially for little kids. Dining chairs need felt sliders on feet to avoid making a huge scraping noise when sliding these heavy chairs across tile - I'm sure below tenants were disturbed. Kitchen needs attention and is not well-stocked. Cooking utensils are cheap plastic that have been chipped, scratched etc and had dried food on them. There was no bottle opener. No cooking oil or spray, no salt and pepper. No plastic cover or any type of storage container for food. There was one roll of tin foil. There was one 9x13 baking pan. We baked cookies on Christmas Day and it took several "shifts" of this small pan to accommodate one tube of cookie dough. Outside: There are no cushions outside on the pool chairs as shown in the pic. While the pool is nice to have, it is quite small, although adequate for children. The landscaping creates some privacy (from sight, not from sound - your neighbors are VERY close), but the landscaping also blocks all sun so it's very shady and was pretty cold for us during our Dec stay. On the porch off the unit - there are 2 plastic wicker chairs and a matching bench. The large chairs in the listing are not there. There is no coffee table, side table, or any type of table to place a cup of coffee or a plate for a snack. Overall the unit just feels really uncomfortable everywhere you go, except for the beds, which are fine. The leather sofas are cold. There are no outdoor cushions, the dining area is uncomfortable. Good: The location was great and we enjoyed the easy beach access. Most touching was the prop mgmt recalling that our dog had passed and the nice note they wrote and the Xmas treats for us!

Perfect place to stay for our family

We enjoyed every part of our stay at Casa Coquina! The property was great and it was nice having our own pool. Beach access was only a few steps away and it was absolutely a wonderful place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday. The management company were available, responsive and were super hospitable too! We can’t wait to go back!!
