Welcome to our home in the heart of West Virginia, very close from the breathtaking New River Gorge National Park! Perfect for families, our cozy retreat offers the balance of comfort and adventure. Come unwind in the hot tub or enjoy our fire pit. This quiet hideaway will make you feel right at home. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, you’ll find peaceful moments to relax while enjoying all the amenities you need for a memorable stay!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Our family friendly, comfortable 4 BR, 3 BA home is a treat! Each room is equipped with sound machines and blackout curtains.

BR1: (Sleep 3) The primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and its own private bathroom for added privacy and convenience. There is also a pack and play crib in the closet.

BR2 (Sleep 2)/ BR3 (Sleep 2) : The second and third bedrooms each offer cozy queen-sized beds, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.

BR4: (Sleep 5) The fourth bedroom is great for families or kids, with a set of bunk beds (full XL and Queen sized mattresses), plus a twin mattress trundle bed underneath for additional sleeping space. Whether you're here for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, our home is the perfect blend of comfort and style for everyone to enjoy.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities and appliances you’ll need to host a memorable dinner for your group. It features modern appliances, including a spacious refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze. The countertops are stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and gadgets you could need—pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, knives, and more. You’ll also find a complete set of dishes, glasses, flatware, and plastic dining sets for kids.

Living Room (Sleep 2):

The living room is the great space to relax and unwind with your group. It’s cozy and inviting, featuring large, comfortable couches along with a queen sleeper sofa where everyone can kick back and enjoy quality time together. A 65 inch SMART TV takes center stage, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. For some added fun, there’s also a foosball table to challenge friends or family to a friendly game. Plus, with high-speed internet throughout the home, you’ll have no trouble streaming, browsing, or staying connected.

Game Room (Sleep 2):

The basement is truly the heart of the house, offering a fun-filled game room that everyone will love. It features a variety of entertainment options, including a shuffleboard table, classic arcade games, and a fun collection of board games that are sure to bring out everyone’s competitive side. For extra entertainment, there’s a 55 inch SMART TV for movie nights or gaming sessions. And for the ultimate in movie-theater vibes, there’s a popcorn maker to treat your group to fresh, delicious popcorn while you enjoy the fun. Plus, the extra bathroom down here adds convenience, so you won’t have to go upstairs when you’re in the middle of all the action!

Game Room also has a comfy queen sleeper sofa!

Outdoor Space:

The outdoor space at our home offers the perfect spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In the front yard, you’ll find a cozy fire pit where you can gather with your group, enjoy the warmth of the fire, and take in the stunning views as the day winds down. It’s the ideal spot for evening chats, roasting marshmallows, or just unwinding under the stars. The fully fenced backyard is your own private retreat, featuring a luxurious hot tub where you can soak and relax after a day of activities and a BBQ grill to enjoy evening meals.

Parking:

We have a long driveway at the property that can comfortably fit up to 6 cars. Please note, there is no street parking available. Kindly ensure that all vehicles are parked within the driveway to avoid any inconvenience. Cars parked on the street, especially if they block the neighbor's access to their driveway, may be towed at your expense. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the area safe and accessible for everyone!

Pets:

We happily welcome up to two (2, under 50 lbs.) dogs at our home with an added pet fee ($150 per pet, per stay). Our backyard is fully fenced for your pets to run around freely.

Security:

For your security, we have Ring Technology above garage and at doorbell. You are prohibited to block these cameras or turn off wifi. If we have to dispatch security for any reason, there will be a $200 charge to the guest. There are no cameras inside of property.

Cleaning:

Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (ie: tidy, leaves home in condition they found it, uses dishwasher) This is NOT a hotel and excessive trash or mess will be subject to extra charges of $300. Guest will be charged $20 for unwashed dishes. ALL trash should be put in white trash bags provided and taken to bin at bottom of driveway.

WIFI:

The house has reliable high speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway.

Slippery Conditions:

We strive to ensure the safety of all our guests and want to remind you to exercise caution during the rainy/snow season.

Snow and ice can make the ground, steps, and walkways slippery. Please wear appropriate footwear and proceed with care, especially on the north-facing walkways, which tend to remain icy longer, to avoid slips or falls. Please use handrails where they are available.

Icicles may form on the roof during freezing weather and can pose a hazard if they fall. Be mindful of your surroundings when entering or exiting the property, particularly near the roof edges.

Please watch children closely, as they may be more susceptible to slips and falls. Please report any unusually icy or hazardous conditions.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge these potential risks and agree to take necessary precautions. The host shall not be held liable for any injuries resulting from these weather-related conditions.

ID Verification:

You are required to submit a copy of your Valid U.S. ID and your selfie to the host. Host reserves the right to cancel your booking if you do not follow House Rules.

Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied and/or cancellation of booking.
