Located on the west side of Ann Arbor, Meijer is less than half a mile away, Zingerman's Roadhouse (James Beard award-winning restaurant), Plum Market (premium, organic grocer), The Session Room (local brewery) and Veteran's Park are a 5 minute drive away.

An open chefs kitchen with quartz countertops, herringbone backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The centered great room has a natural fireplace perfect for gathering. Through the kitchen you head to the screened gazebo, a guest favorite. There is a table perfect for enjoying a meal or playing cards. There is also a formal dining room that seats 8. A half bath/powder room is located on the main floor. There are 3 TV’s throughout the home with Netflix and Hulu available. Ceiling fans located in almost every room but rarely needed with the large central air conditioner. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a separate seating area for 2. The attached master bath has a double rain shower, double vanities and a separate jetted tub. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a twin size bed, bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and bedroom #4 has a full size bed and a twin size bed. Linens and extra blankets provided along with closet space to store your items. A full size bathroom with a shower/bathtub and dual vanities is also located on the top level. Newly constructed spa-like bathroom located in the basement with a standup shower, vanity and toilet. The bathroom is perfect to visit prior and after visiting the 8 person hot tub located just steps away through the walkout basement (covered by the deck/gazebo). With a towel warmer and a mini fridge provided everything is provided you can imagine for the perfect vacation. Solo fire pit with string lighting and seating for 9. Firewood for use and blankets kept in one of the seats to ensure warmth in our fall evenings. This home truly lets you enjoy everything Ann Arbor Michigan has to offer!
