This home was perfect for our party of 13. Ample rooms and bathrooms. Ample common space without being on top of one another. The kids (age 5 to 19) loved the game room in the garage and, of course, the pool. The kitchen had plenty to offer and any issues we had were immediately addressed by Jim. I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking to bring a large family or a bunch of friends.

The home is incredibly large. Everything we needed was in the home.The location is ideal and close to the parks and awesome eateries. There were small matters that were quickly addressed by Jim. Luxe Lasso is a star among many similar properties

You can find a bunch of similar properties in Orlando. You will not find a more responsive owner and property manager. You will not find a more secure neighborhood with multiple entrances. Access to Orlando attractions is easy (even with traffic) as there are multiple routes from the property to theme parks. Location is awesome, property is great and service is excellent.

Fabulous Family Vacation

This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, large, clean and comfortable home in a great neighborhood. Owner was great to work with and we had no issues we had to have remedied. Large Kitchen with 2 Fridges and 2 Dishwashers. Rooms were large and beds were super comfortable! Games for the kids in the garage was a nice surprise too. We would stay here again for sure. Great Property!

What an amazing Stay!!!

I am not even sure where to start.... The owner Jim was outstanding! I cannot state that we had any problems because he was ahead of us on letting me know. The pool pump had some issues and he let us know!!! The maintenance crew was all over it and it was taken care of quickly and without a moments interruption. Our group was there for a convention, so it was nice that all 10 of us had our own room and bathroom. I had contracted with the owner to have the house cleaned everyday and that made the difference. It was nice to come home to a clean house after a long day on the convention floor. If you are looking for a nice clean place to have a group of people, this is the place. The pool and hot tub were used every night to relax and the privacy trees around the yard added to the nice setting. yes you can hear the houses around you, but nothing beyond conversation level. Never anything noticeable or that would raise an eyebrow. Cannot wait to book again! The only advice I will give..... the catering service needs a minimum of two weeks notice, so you may want to book that in advance of your stay. We had no trouble finding other alternatives in the area.

Great stay

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in the home. This large home has been recently renovated and was perfect for our large group. It was extremely clean and there is a bath for every bedroom! The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cookware for a large group. This was a perfect fit for us. The pool was also beautiful and well maintained. There is a large lounge area on the second floor and a game room in the garage area. The host was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. Thanks Jim, we will be back for sure! Wendy

One of the best Disney trip

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was so uniquely designed with different country's themes and it was gorgeous! The house has great layout to host a large group while giving each other privacy. It was clean and has good array of pots/pans for cooking. The large patio with comfy lounge furniture makes one feel at home. It is close to Disney parks and the private pool with SPA was a welcoming part of each night.

Very Nice Place for large family/group

House has lots of bedrooms and baths. House was in good condition. Kitchen appointments like poots, pans, bowls, tupperware (none) etc could be improved in both quality and quantity. Pool heater broke. However, with several maintenance visits, this was fixed and a credit applied. Owner checked in with me to make sure everything was going well and followed up. Recreational facilities, common pool, water slides, etc looked nice though I didn't get a chance to use them. Great place for a large family/group.

Best VRBO stay ever!

This house was immaculate! It is everything it described in the VRBO. I really appreciated that. Every room had a spacious bathroom all the amenities worked. We had 1 issue where the landscaping had been done and some of the debris had gotten into the pool. We called management and literally 5minutes later there was someone there and cleaned the pool. Absolutely phenomenal! They were absolutely the best. Only suggestion I have is that they make the TVs in the common areas bigger. Other than that this house gets a 10 from me! 🔥

Annual Family Trip

We have rented numerous houses for 20+ years. This house and the amenities made this house our best experience ever. There was room for everyone to spread out and truly enjoy. The catering services put this experience over the top!!!

Wonderful

Enormous house. Every room had designated bathrooms. Perfect for large families. 3 bedrooms bedrooms downstairs for elderly or ones that cant do the stairs. Bring your games for 2 tables of fun. For t.v. watchers various options. These are some entertainments we had. Let's not forget hot tub and pool outside. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. The only hiccup we had in the trip was the pool not being able to be cleaned until the second day of us being there. Other then that there was plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for having us.

Misleading

The house was very misleading. This neighborhood was very nice though. We had a family member fall out of a chair and hurt themselves while eating breakfast, only to find that the chair had been previously glued together with wood glue. When we inspected the chairs..almost all of them had been “fixed” this way, and yet we were still charged damages. The pool did not turn on the entire trip and when I asked about this, I was told that it only ran on a “timer” and that the dial did not work. I was still charged for damages. It’s a great thing we decided to have house insurance, otherwise we would have been out even more money. The house was not stocked for vacation, nor was it deep cleaned in between visits. We had to purchase everything to use in the house including..toilet tissue, sponges, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, etc.

We really enjoyed the house. The house was need and clean. Everybody said that they would like to stay there again. Only problem was that we had a uhaul filled with wheelchairs handicap scooter and we was told that if we leave it outside it would be towed so we but it in the garage Otherwise we had a good time

Please be sure to take out the extra insurance. I do believe it a must. Because you will loose.

The property has all the room one would like however clogged hair when my guests all had bold heads but it's just how this property owner deals. We as home owners we know how wear and tear looks like and (PM) Preventive Maintenence. I think Vrbo should keep eye's opening. This place will not be on our list to rent.

Celebrating the 100th birthday of our Father

Our foamily rented this Appt to go to Orlando and celebrate the 100th birthday of our Father. All our brothers, sister, daughter-in-laws, son-in-laws, grand kids and great grand kids were there. We enjoyed our stay together and celebrated this great occasion. When we requested a chair for our mother-in-law, 97 years old to sit and take shower, they bought one and supplied at once. The management is very kind and user friendly. We will definitely stay there again when an opportunity comes in future.

We are from the Philadelphia area. We love Orlando for its nice weather all year long, Disney World, and most importantly the quality time we can spend with family and friends, either for a family vacation, or a golfing trip.

My house is conveniently located at a luxury Encore Resort@Reunion. It is located close to Walt Disney World, yet not so close to be a problem with crowds and traffic.

You can either spend some quality time with your family and friends with home cooked food or relax in the private pool after a long day work at the convention center, or after an exciting golf trip.

Let me take you for a quick tour of the house:

Comfortable seating area with two sofas overlooking the private pool deck

Fully equipped with a granite three seat breakfast bar
Two refrigerator/freezers, two dishwashers, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender

Two dining tables each seating eight people

Each bedroom is furnished with a TV and capable of Wifi
