Luxury Residence w/ Theatre Room

Welcome to our modern and spacious VRBO listing! With a private entrance, there are two bedrooms and a pull-out couch that sleeps up to 8 people.

This basement apartment has full egress windows and access to a full kitchen, full-sized fridge cooktop, microwave, toaster, and Keurig.

There is a theater room, pool table, and board games to keep everyone entertained. We also offer free access to various streaming services.

As a reminder, this is a 2 level home and this Vrbo listing is the private downstairs apartment with a separate entrance at the front of the house that leads to this Vrbo space.

The Vrbo space is not shared and does not have any shared spaces with the upstairs apartment. There is no overlap between the upstairs and downstairs apartments. This is a completely private space.

The kitchen had a microwave, airfryer, electric cooktop, full size refrigerator, coffee maker and coffee all included. Nice pool table, comfy recliners in the theatre room, everything you need for a short comfy stay. When we needed something the host was very prompt to accommodate us. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here everything was as listed and more great location safe neighborhood Owners we’re Quick to response with any questions or concerns Owners/Managers were nice and made things very simple ..when in the area will definitely stay again if it’s available ..felt like home away from home

Had a quick get together with friends and played golf for the weekend. The house was perfect for our small group and we enjoyed having games to play.

Really enjoyed the “theater room” experience. The host was easy to reach via message. In a great location and a safe neighborhood. A few, small improvements could make the property an easy 5 star property. The toilet is very small and short, the shower head and water pressure are definitely lacking and the kitchen sink doesn’t work all of the time. The full-size mattresses could probably use an upgrade as well. Would easily book again with those improvements.
