The room was clean and comfortable. We weren’t aware that it was a basement room so it would be good to make that more clear in the listing.

It is a basement apt. There was no smoke detector. Very musty. We emptied the full dehumidifier but did not help. There are area rugs on top of area rugs throughout. Looks like it is to cover the water damage. Broken/missing tile in the tub/shower. There is nowhere to hang clothes. Tony was very responsive but we will not stay there again.

Eric’s wife said that there was too much moisture in the apartment so I put a dehumidifier outside their door. They never even used it. It’s a very powerful dehumidifier that could bring down the humidity from 60% to 35% in a matter of hours because it’s a small apartment. They claimed the humidity was the reason they were leaving a day early and asked for a refund. It was a simple solution all they had to do was move the dehumidifier into the apartment and plug it in. They cooulnt have emptied the dehumidifier because they never used it.

Very small, dark basement apartment in an old house. Not much natural light. Did use the hot tub as I wanted bc getting in it in a very small bathroom presented too much of a challenge for me. So I showered, but ended that quickly as only extreme hot or cold water came out of the shower head. Bedroom was bigger than living space. Couch made of an itchy material. The pt was clean and presentable, just dark and dank.
