The bedroom has a king sized bed with custom reading lights, dressing vanity, large cedar closet, washer and dryer and lots of storage.The bathroom has a separate toilet closet with a porcelain toilet and another vanity with sink. Separate walk in shower over small tub for kids. Towels, wash clothes, hand towels, soaps, body wash and shampoos included. The kitchen is a dream with lots of counter space. Gas cooktop/2 burner convection microwave oven, toaster oven, Kuerig coffee maker with coffee pods and liquid creamers included. Fully equippedwithpots,pans,silverware,bakeware,utensils and more! Residential full size refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser at the door.3 ac units keep it nice and cool in the Texas Heat. Campground offers covered common area with tables, fire pits,bbq grill and boat ramp to get on the lake. Outside the motorhome is a grassy yard area complete with chairs and small coffee table to enjoy your morning coffee and views of the lake along with a gas grill if you just want to hang out at the motorhome and cook up todays catch. Just bring your boat, jet skis, johnboats or other watercraft.Room to park your trailer on site. Great fishing dock lighted at night for catfish fishing or enjoy the day fishing off the dock area.Guests will enjoy tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, a large fishing dock over the water, swimming pool and park on the water just 1.9 miles away in Seven Coves with a complimentary guest pass.
