Spacious 800 SF of living area. Updated and nicely furnished. This comfortable retreat features a full kitchen that is fully stocked. Bedroom features a cozy king size bed, Full bath with walk in tiled shower and extra half bath for added convenience. Direct oceanfront balcony with two rocking chairs.
Two elevators service the building.
Plentiful garage parking and secured access into the building by door code.
Oceanfront pool deck.
On site laundry.
Walk to Boulineau's grocery store and nearby restaurants.
Close proximity to the Cherry Grove pier.
