Discover this 2-bedroom designer home in Harpswell. This fabulous home features beautiful decor with beautiful views; three floors overlooking the water. From the living room, on the deck, or relaxing in the primary bedroom's king bed, choose a spot to watch the colors come into the morning sky as the sun rises.

Following the sunrise enjoy the fully appliance chef's kitchen featuring a Cuisinart coffee grinder with 14 cup coffee maker and Breville tea kettle. The Thermador Chef's gas stove will help you cook up breakfast, lunch or dinner...everything you need to make wonderful meals and memories. We even provide a 4 burner Weber Propane grill.

Coveside has two bedrooms on the top floor with their own en-suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom overlooks the water with a king size bed, smart TV (no cable) and bathroom with full-size walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, smart TV (no cable), and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. All linens and towels provided.

Coveside amenities include: Fidium Fiber high speed internet throughout the home, heat and AC, a full-size washer and dryer, desk area with a view for remote working, Smart TVs for use with your own subscriptions (No Cable), ceiling fans, as well as puzzles and games for those down days.

Harpswell offers great eating (featuring fresh seafood), beautiful hiking trails along the rocky coast (we have 216 miles of Coastline!), gift shops and a relaxing, laid-back vacation. Adventuring away from the home to Brunswick, Freeport or Bath offer wonderful museums, plays, countless food options, outlet shopping including L.L.Bean, or golfing at one of our 4 local golf courses (seasonal).

We recommend a vehicle for your stay at Coveside. If you will be flying, we suggest using Portland International Jetport (PWM). If airport transportation is needed, please contact us for more information.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Not only is the home beautiful and cozy, but the attention to detail is beyond any expectations. The entire process was smooth as could be and the property was an excellent base for our visit to the area. Everything was considered - more amenities than you would imagine and also completely top notch. Excellent views, comfortable beds, luxurious towels, fully appointed kitchen, etc. We felt so lucky to be there.

The Perfect Pick - Pristine & PicturesqueLodged at this immaculate home for a week in October. Spacious & extremely comfortable for the 2 of us, We found the kitchen very well supplied with high end appliances & any accoutrement one might need. The beds were comfy & the bathrooms, like the entire space, were spotless with good water pressure & linens provided. Decor provided a warm & cozy environment without being busy or cluttered. The view out the back of the house, over the water, exceeded our expectations & drew us out to the deck to enjoy the passing boats or admire the reflections of the moon on the water. There were neighboring homes on either side but the peaceful solitude was not diminished by their presence. The location is ideal for perusing sites of interest in many directions such as Portland, Freeport, Bath, Boothbay & more. We had a large SUV but still managed to park directly in front of the house without difficulty. Communication with the manager was prompt, efficient & hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend this property.

Waking up each morning to watch sunshine sparkle off the bay with coffee became our cherished daily ritual – there's simply no better way to start the day in this idyllic setting.The attention to detail throughout is extraordinary. Beautiful design, thoughtful decoration, and pristine cleanliness with no clutter anywhere. Super comfortable beds with the softest sheets we've experienced, luxurious towels, and perfect shower water pressure made every moment feel like a spa experience.The kitchen is a true chef's paradise – high-end appliances and every professional-grade utensil you could want for gourmet cooking, plus specially filtered cold drinking water. Every single detail thoughtfully considered.The expansive deck off dining and living areas offers breathtaking bay views from comfortable seating by the cozy gas fireplace. We spent countless hours watching sail boats glide by and the water change colors throughout the day – absolutely magical.Perfect location offering peaceful seclusion yet convenient access to excellent hiking trails, fantastic local lobster restaurant, and Brunswick just 15 minutes away for city amenities.This isn't just a rental – it's a carefully crafted experience that will have you planning your return visit before you've even packed. Idyllic place to stay on the Maine coast!

Four of us savored views and were captivated by birds and boats from this perfect perch along a tranquil stretch of Maine’s Midcoast. Every aspect of the home is pristine, and every detail has been thoughtfully and tastefully considered. Just recently and cohesively updated throughout, the home's design scheme feels elevated yet super comfortable. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining spaces are well oriented to water views especially from a pair of plush sofas, as is the deck, where we could grill, gather at a dining table, and lounge around a fire table. We were bowled over by the elaborately stocked kitchen, with all brand new, high-end everything and a great island for gathering around. The layout created a great balance of connectivity and privacy; with two en-suite second-floor bedrooms plus a second living room on the lower level that doubles as another bedroom and has access to a main-floor bathroom, sleeping accommodations were more than just right. Not just new, but perfect, the beds couldn’t have been more comfortable. It was worth pulling ourselves away from the house for scenic drives to explore Harpswell, with some quaint restaurants, and towns nearby like Bath and Brunswick, where we found walks and hikes, farmer’s markets, coffee shops, restaurants, book stores and boutiques with cozy atmosphere and Maine cachet. It was also an easy-enough drive to Portland for dinners at incredible restaurants. Every aspect of this visit, we want to put on repeat!

Beautiful home. Very clean. Extremely well stocked. Kitchen had everything you would need. Linens, towels, and beds were great! The view off the small deck was nice - it’s an inlet and not open ocean (fyi). Used the outdoor gas fireplace one cool evening. There were even outdoor blankets for bundling up. Very close to many great hiking trails. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home!
