BAY VIEW & private BEACH ACCESS! Historic 100 yr old lodge features 3 separate living units - each with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, & living room, as well as private entrance.

All are totally remodeled as of 2025!

Fenced yard. Walk, bike, or golfcart to Orange Beach Park, pier, library, etc. Access to private community BAY FRONT LOT with pier and small beach - 100 yards from house. 5 MIN FROM GULF! 3 min from Rec Center (pool, gym, tennis, etc.) New flooring, ac & heat, appliances, & baths! Local code = Must rent for 15 days or longer. "Nicest neighborhood in Orange Beach".

The 2 story Main House is 100 years old this year! Rent this entire unit (4/3), or one floor (2/2 downstairs "Main" or 2/1 upstairs "The Perch" with a "Ship Look"). Each has its own kitchen & separate living room area.

Upstairs Perch is $1,800. Downstairs "Main" is $2,500. Entire 2 story home for $4,000.

"The Cottage" is a small 2/1 (450 sq ft). Private fenced yard, entrance, washer/dryer - $1,800.

All 3 units - $5,500. Priced for 15 days = 6 bedrooms / 4 baths, 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms, 2 washer dryer sets. Plenty of parking, including boat & trailer space.
