Great location

The location is perfect for getting to Banff quickly, but also taking advantage of the hiking close by.

This is a very nice property. The room we had was a mini apartment with a kitchen, living room and one bedroom. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and the local black bear that strolled the path along the parking lot at dusk. We loved that! The apartment was cozy, clean and we loved being able to make and store our own food in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were nice too. The only reason I give this property 4 stars and not 5 is because of the sleeping setup. There were 4 of us and the listing said it slept 4, a king bed in the bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. The pullout was HORRIBLE! One person couldn't sleep on it, much less two. It was hard, you could feel all the springs and it was bowed. We ended up with 3 of us crammed in the king bed and one on the couch without the pullout. Not at all an appropriate setup for 4! I talked to the staff, but they said they couldn't really do anything about it.

Property and proximity to activities was great. Just a few things - booking says WiFi available in house but it was only in the lobby - that needs to be made more clear in future. Also - a grab bar in the shower for older folks would be great. There no instructions for checking out - most VRBO tell you to take out trash, put laundry in basket,etc - no information at all here - if a maid service comes in then let renter know that. Communication was a little slow (cause we didn’t have WiFi)

Was overall too expensive for what you get...we checked the bed for the brand out if curiosity and found black spots on mattress so may have had bed bugs but didn't actually see any. Won't stay here again.

Happy to have laundry available. A bigger fridge to hold our food that we took with us daily on our hikes and day trips, along with being able to refreeze our ice bags. View out our window was disappointing.

This apartment served my wife and I very well for 7 nights. First, the positives... The apartment is comfortable, especially the king sized bed (though it nearly fills the bedroom). The kitchen was eqipped with everything we needed for preparing hot breakfasts. There is an underground parking garage, available on a first come, first served basis, which is very convenient, especially on a rainy day. We were able to park there every night with no problem. There are computers and a printer off the lobby available for guest use. The staff are friendly and helpful. Now the negatives... Be aware that there is no fireplace in the room (there is one in the lobby). Contrary to what the listing suggests, there is no wifi in the room, unless you pay extra (you are offered several pricing options when you check in). When you first turn on the water in the tub, there is black grit in the water. If you need to take out the garbage, you must carry it to cans located on the lobby level. There is major (noisy) construction taking place adjacent to the building. You may want to inquire as to whether it will be ongoing during your intended dates. Overall, we were happy with the place, but if you are looking for luxury, you may want to look elsewhere.

Sauberes Apartment, freundlicher Empfang. Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das ist eine Wohnung in einem Time-Sharing Objekt. Als negativ muss ich folgendes bewerten:- Die Bezahlung erfolgt in US Dollar, nicht in CAN Dollar !- Keine Antwort des Gastgebers diesbezüglich auf eine Anfrage- WLAN nur in der Lobby, nicht auf dem Zimmer; dort nur gegen Bezahlung- Kühlschrank sehr laut- Irreführende Fotos, da auf den Fotos ein Grill zu sehen ist. Hier bekommt man den Eindruck, dass je Wohnung einer auf einem Balkon zur Verfügung steht. Tatsächlich sind es für die gesamte (!) Anlage vier Grills, die gemeinschaftlich zur Verfügung stehen.
