INCREDIBLE! Phoenix Gulf Tower has two lazy rivers! Yes, 2!

Phoenix Gulf Towers 1508 is a stunning four-bedroom, four-bath corner unit on the 15th floor that sleeps up to 18 guests. This immaculately decorated condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking Gulf views.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, glass shower, and separate tub. Each of the three guest bedrooms is furnished with two queen-size beds and has its own private bathroom.

The spacious living room provides ample seating with two large couches, two recliners, and swivel chairs, along with two queen-size sofa sleepers for additional guests. Large flat-screen TVs are placed throughout the unit for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a dining table that seats eight, and a breakfast bar with four additional barstools. A wet bar with a sink and ice maker adds extra convenience for entertaining.

The expansive tiled balcony is furnished with durable Pollywood furniture, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy the stunning Gulf views. This luxurious condo is designed for comfort and style, making it the perfect retreat for large groups seeking an upscale beachside getaway.

Experience luxury and comfort in this spacious four-bedroom, four-bath condo, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy stunning views, two lazy rivers, and top-tier amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig, plush seating with two recliners, and a large 75-80 inch TV in the living room. Each bedroom features a 50-inch flat-screen TV, blackout curtains, and firm yet comfortable mattresses. With a private desk, high-speed elevators, and a quiet atmosphere with only four units per floor, this condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

This vacation was really everything I was hoping it would be ..The condo was very nice. The communication was good. We had a little bit of an issue checking in but other than that it was pretty perfect. We mostly stayed at the condo for meals because nothing was better than lookin at sitting on the balcony, listening and looking at the ocean. would definitely recommend.

Very nice condo for our big group. 16 family members and we never felt crowded. The view is awesome and the pool and lazy river was a great way to get out of the sand. We used the charcoal grills several nights and they worked well. Smaller crowd than Gulf Shores and we had no problems at all. Will book this property again.

Condo was great, view from the room and balcony was fantastic. Zero complaints about the room. Was surprised that they don't have luggage carts, only shopping carts for getting in/out. A shopping cart isn't the best way to get 6 suitcases and 3 coolers to the 15th floor... Only other issue, and this is probably more age related than anything else, is the amount of portable speakers people decide to float on the lazy river with. Harder to police these days but it always sparks a volume war where everyone keeps turning theirs up to hear it over someone else's.

There were two bar stools broken up on arrival. We stuck them in a closet so they wouldn’t break more. Under furniture was pretty dirty in the living area, other than that it was a great stay and room were super clean!

The property was excellent. Our only complaint is that with four bathrooms, five adults, three children, the property only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels and two garbage bags for an entire week. We feel that the property should have provided enough staples for that many people for the week.

This property is stunning! There is enough room to house a small army (family) without feeling cramped. The views are one of a kind & we are beach, cold dranks people; there was no need to leave! We all caught ourselves just staring out the panoramic windows! If woe don’t bring our boat, we will definitely rent again!!! Word of advice: BOOK IT!

We were impressed by the furnishings in the unit. Only one issue occurred and it was addressed in a timely manner (hot water heater had a blown fuse). The unit was very clean and the location was perfect! The pools seemed to be maintained in great condition on the property. One issue arose in that we booked a unit that would sleep up to 20 people but the parking was limited to (3) passes which is a challenge for anyone wanting a larger unit to rent.Overall an excellent experience!
