For every season, there is a reason to visit the beautiful Pocono Mountains! Stay in our private community townhome with a 3 minutes’ drive to Shawnee Mountain Ski Area, 10 minutes’ drive to the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, and 15 minutes’ drive to Bushkill Falls, the Delaware Water Gap, Dunnfield Creek Appalachian Hiking Trail, and East Stroudsburg University (ESU). Come explore the great outdoors or relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Don’t wait. Start planning your next getaway!

Our home has 2 second-floor bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen size bed), Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full baths, a jacuzzi tub, sunken living room with wood burning fireplace, open kitchen and dining room area, washer and dryer, playground for children off the back deck, and 2 parking spaces directly in front of the townhome.

You have access to the entire townhome which comfortably accommodates 6 individuals. If you are a larger family or group, please note we have other homes in this complex. Proximity between homes ranges from 30 seconds to a 4-minute walk.

You can contact us before, and at any time during your stay with questions or concerns.

There is a security camera outside the front door and outside the sliding door for the deck.
NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING INSIDE OUR HOME.

No use of controlled substances in our home.

No firearms permitted in our home.

Please DO NOT disturb our neighbors.

If a violation occurs, guests must vacate immediately.

Clean and very nice condo. Very responsive and accommodating host to our requests. Very quiet area with lots od wildlife. Great place in Poconos near two good golf courses also. Highly recommend.

This property is well maintained and clean. It provided us a good home base for exploring the area. It was also nice to have access to a washer/dryer and found the kitchen to be fully stocked with cups, plates, some paper towels and even some water bottles (Thank you!)

What a wonderful place to stay. The host is so responsive and helpful!! We had deer and the babies out the back deck everyday. It was clean and inviting. Kitchen was well equipped. We had INSTACART delivery our groceries to save time. This unit is close to many activities and local stores. It's very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend!!

This was a very clean and comfortable villa. The only downside was the King size bed only had three pillows that were a bit too flat, more pillows was needed, also, If there are pull out sofas, then there should be linens and pillows as well for the sofa beds.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice development and easy instructions for checking in. Very clean with plenty of seating on the main level with bedrooms upstairs. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

My family of 5 was very comfortable in this unit. The location to the mountain was perfect. Over all the unit was very clean. I can be a bit of a critic with clean, but I would stay in this unit again. Communication with the host was super easy and she was very responsive.

Our Golden Retriever who is 11 yrs old was very comfortable with the indoor and outdoor surroundings. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to local area venues. Overall very pleased with our stay !

Absolutely loved this home. It was so close to Shawnee mountain and at night you can see the Mountain lit up. Loved using the fireplace. A lot of stays around here don’t allow usage of the fire places so it was a great touch. Had everything you needed. My sons loved it. Would love staying here again. The host was great and very kind.

The house smelled amazing upon entry. Smelled of fresh laundry. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The villa was spotless and even had games to play for our stay. We definitely will be looking at the other properties.
