A good place

After a time to settle correctly the equipment of the house, everything has been functioning. The location is very close to the beach, almost private. The house is spacious and well equipped. The neighbors are close and liked the loud music, however.

Propriétaire taire exécrable et irrespectueuse

Belle endroit mais une propriétaire irrespectueuse et qui ne respecte pas ses locataires. Elle nous surveille constamment avec ses caméras tout le tour de la maison, en plus d’avoir un supposé employé qui demeure à l’intérieur des murs de la propriété dans le cabanon où se trouve laveuse et sécheuse juste CÔTÉ DE LA CHAMBRE DES MAÎTRES. Nous avons utilisé ces équipements moins d’un mois et ils ont brisé et elle nous accuse d’avoir nous mémé brisé et nous dit de payer pour là réparations ce que nous avons refuser puisque ce n’est pas nous qui les avons brisé elle ont simplement arrêt de fonctionné. Donc nous n’avons plus eu accès à ces équipements et avons due laver notre linge à la main pour toute la période de location de trois mois. Dans la description de la villa il était censé avoir un lava vaisselle et non Nada en plus pas d’eau froide a l’évier de la cuisine seulement de l’eau chaude, pas d’eau a la cuisinette dehors et pas d’eau a la douche de la piscine. L’air climatisé de la troisième chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Enfin il y avait encore beaucoup d’autres manque mais le plus important pour nous c’est la communication avec la propriétaire qui selon VRBO DEVAIT ÊTRE UNE HÔTESSE DE CHOIX…….. NOUS REGRETTONS D’AVOIR FAIT CONFIANCE À VRBO POUR LE PRIX QUE NOUS AVONS PAYER POUR TROIS MOIS 12,000$ CANADIEN ET CE QUE NOUS AVONS VÉCU ÇA NE VALAIT PAS CE PRIX MÊME PAS LA MOITIÉ DE. E MONTANT.. J’arrête là parce que je penses que je pourrais écrire un livre sur ce site et sa propriétaire..

Great place to stay!

I loved staying at Marina's home. She was a great host, very attentive and responsive. The area was absolutely fantastic. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and plan on coming back.

Great family getaway

Our stay was excellent. Marina was attentive to all of our needs during our visit. We have three kids, 10 to 15 years old, and the property was perfect for our family - a close walk to the beach and a great yard where we could swim, play games, and hang out. The house is also very close to everything in Sosua and a short drive to Cabarete. It was an ideal place for our family getaway.

Amazing house with lovely charm.

The home is very specious with vaulted ceilings and updated appliances. The airconditioner gets so cold you might need a blanket. Large Smart TV’s and modern baths. They are wonderful owners and will meet any of your needs. We ran out of propane while having a bbq and they had 3 tanks arrive at the house within minutes. The neighborhood is safe and secure. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with great location

Marina welcomed us into her home with open arms after an 8 hour delay on our part. Nice spacious home. Centrally located from grocery store and local shops 15 minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches in DR Cabernet Beach. Can’t wait to return ❤️

Very friendly and Luxery

Wonderful house! Super class house with a Jacuzzi pool, next to the ocean! The house is huge with a magnificent terrace and very clean! Very sympathetic and friendly owner Marina! Excellent airport transfer from Marina. She also has a car for rent in excellent condition! I will return again!

Great house - GREAT VACATION!!!

This guest house is tastefully decorated, there is a jacuzzi, swimming pool and parking right outside. The house is situated in a great location, and is clean and charming. The owner Marina is the most friendly and welcoming host you'll ever meet. What a pleasure it was to stay at her house! Marina was helpful directing us to the best sights and other villages, we saw nearly all of North cost in just a few days. It is a very beautiful island and my husband and I can't wait to return to this paradise. The house is very near to the colorful town of Sosua You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. From here it's only a short drive to the upscale restaurants with a breathtaking sunset view over the ocean. Thank you all for a GREAT vacation in Playa Laguna. We hope to return ASAP!
