You'll have full access to the beautiful rooftop terrace, featuring comfortable seating, a BBQ grill, a ping-pong table, and internet service. The building also includes a gym and common areas available 24/7.

House Rules & Manual
Guests
1. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. If a third guest or additional guest stays overnight without previous notification/authorization, the guest will be charged US$100 per day.
2. Only registered guests can make use of the building’s premises: rooftop, pool, gym. Visitors are not allowed to enter the apartment or use these areas under any circumstances. Any unregistered guest that enters the apartment or social areas will have a charge of US$150 per unauthorized guest/visitors in the apartment or social areas. This process will be requested through support, and we will reserve the right to cancel the reservation if any of these rule’s house are broken or not followed as described here.
Illegal actions
3. Do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the property.
4. Please turn off all lights, TV, and ACs upon exiting the unit.
5. Close all windows and lock the door when you leave the apartment.
6. Check-out hours are strict; we have a cleaning crew that works on a schedule. Check-out is before 11pm, past this hour there will be an additional fee of $100, and we reserve the right to enter the property.
Noise
7. Quiet time is from 10pm to 9am. Remember you have neighbors.
Smoking
8. No Smoking, vape or hookah are allowed. If we determine that you smoked in the apartment, you’ll have a cleaning fee of US$500.
No Parties
9. No parties or events are allowed within the apartment or in the social areas.
Furniture
10. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Otherwise, we will replace it at our own expense, and we will ask reimbursement and report it to the platform.
11. Please do not re-arrange the furniture. Dragging chairs/tables on floors will leave scratches.
12. Please be careful with the tables in the living room.
13. Remember that you’re in someone else’s home. Be respectful with everything inside the property. Don’t spill liquids on the couch or bed/mattress.
Eating, Drinking, Kitchen Use
14. No eating or drinking in the bedroom or on the sofa. Every detail in this apartment was chosen carefully.
15. Please do not eat in the carpeted areas of the apartment (bedrooms, living room, etc.). Please eat at the table/counter.
16. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited guests that we don’t like. This apartment is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way. (Please No eating in the bedroom.)
17. All items in the kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest.
18. Use coasters to protect the surface of a table or any other surface where you might place a drink.
Bedroom & Bathroom
19. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face creams, tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels.
20. Because this is an shared apartment community, not a hotel, and is also a home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect the property and the things).
21. DO NOT flush wipes, feminine products, or trash of any kind down the toilet that can clog the pipes.
Gym Rules
24. The Gym is open 24 hours 7 days of the week.
25. It is not allowed to wear flip-flops or enter the gym in bathing suits or wet clothes.
26. Please turn off the lights and A/C when done using the gym.
27. Only the guests staying can make use of the gym area, visitors are not allowed under any circumstances.
Pool Rules
28. Pool usage can be 24/7 at your own risk. If you are staying with kids and want to use the pool with them, please watch them and take care of them, we don’t have personnel to watch you or your kids while in the pool.
29. Parties and loud music are not allowed. No hookah, no vaping, smoking or any kind of illegal drugs are allowed in this area.
30. Only guests staying at the premises can use the pool area. If unregistered guests or visitor/s is/are reported in the pool area, rule no. 2 will be applied to you.
31. No food, drink, or glass in the pool.
32. Be careful. No running or rough play.
Key Replacement
33. Return all keys. The fee for any lost key will be US$500
Pets
34. No pets or animals of any kind - sorry. Cleaning a place where a pet or a cat was, is difficult and too expensive. If we realize that a pet is or was in the apartment, we will charge US$300 per pet per day and we will reserve the right to cancel the reservation through Support.
Garbage Disposal
35. The apartment's garbage collection schedule is:
9:30 AM
3:30 PM
(Put it in the hallway next to the entrance door to the apartment.
Outside of these 2 times, please take it to the garbage deposit on the first floor.
Parking Information
36. You have one parking lot available on the last level, the parking space is 605. You’re not allowed to use other parking lot than the one assigned to the apartment.
The building has a hard rule that if any person use a parking lot not assigned to the apartment, they’ll put a lock to the car and will ask you to pay them 100 US dollars to release the car. The payment needs to be paid to them, not to me nor through support. If you refuse to pay this amount, we will ask Support to intervene. Sorry, that’s a rule of the building and I can’t do anything to help here.
37. For any lost parking lot control, there will be a charge of $200.
Energy Usage
38. Electricity in Santo Domingo is very expensive. Please use it wisely. Keep air conditioners at a minimum of 22 degrees. The Washing/Dryer machine is electric, please use it just when really needed, and use it wisely. Do not wash the towels and bed sheets with this washing machine, we use an external laundry company that takes care of it. If you need clean bed sheets and clean towels we can provide them according to the table below:
1-7 days: no extra towels and bed sheets included, can receive a change at extra cost of 15 per change.
15 days or more: 1 free change of towels, and bedsheets. If you need any additional, an extra 15 will be charged.
Excessive use of electricity, more than 15kWh per day, will incur a penalty depending on the type of consumption. If we detect energy abuse usage, we will reserve the right to charge you the extra energy consumption through support.
Booking
Any guest booking this property must stay at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all other guests' actions. Bookings made on behalf of others are not allowed under any circumstances, so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.
Cancellation
Cancellations are not allowed unless there is a major service disruption like no basic service like water, electricity or any other issue where basic services can’t be provided. If that’s the case we can cancel the reservation through Support and remaining days will be fully refunded.
If a guest or someone that’s accompanied by the guest brakes any of the rules mentioned above, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation through Support and we reserve the right to reimburse a max amount of 50% of the remaining days of the reservation.
