Welcome to your perfect mountain retreat in Welches! This pet-friendly condo offers comfort, convenience, and adventure right at your doorstep. Located just across the street from the golf course and steps from scenic walking trails, this cozy getaway is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts year-round.

Location & Skiing

Welches is a gateway to some of Oregon’s best outdoor recreation. Mount Hood Meadows, one of the premier ski resorts in the region, is about a 35-minute drive away, offering fantastic slopes for all skill levels. If you’re looking for something closer, Skibowl (25 minutes) and Timberline Lodge (30 minutes) also provide excellent skiing and snowboarding options. Timberline even offers year-round skiing!

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $75 pet fee. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Other things to note
Park in uncovered area only. Many spots to the left soon as you pull in. 2 cars maximum.

The second "bedroom" is the living room with a door that separates the this area off from the master bedroom. The second bed is a hide a bed.

The pool is seasonal opening around memorial day and hours are from 9am to 7pm.

The sauna is located in the community center to the right as you enter, and it operates during set hours.

Carpet is white! Please take off shoes.

The location was pristine.It was right next to the mountain.And there is a lot of shopping areas for general things around the house that you might need, such as detergent etc.

Management was amazing, responsive and helpful! The place was okay, needed some updating, but it was clean and cozy. The advert said there was a hot tub, no hot tub. The Sauna didn't work, and had mold.

This a fantastic property for getting away! Very peaceful and quiet. There is a variety leisure from sitting and listening to the river while reading to a very accessible golf course. Just walk across the street! Very clean condo that won't surprise you, because everything is there.

Great property in a great location - we spent 2 weeks here and felt right at home. The unit was nicely furnished and the kitchen well stocked with everything needed to cook an awesome meal - including spices. Great patio for relaxing outside and the gorgeous Salmon River just steps out the door - wish we were here to see the salmon come up river to spawn! Great golf course across the street and some really good food just a few minutes away - highly recommend Chicali Cantina and Koya Kitchen. Only complaint was lack of central AC as advertised in listing but the property management company and owner were quick to respond and provide alternate cooling devices as we visited during the 2 hottest weekends of the year. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Oregon.
