My husband and I just returned home from MA after staying at the Guest Haven from 10/6-10/11. The pictures are accurate to the listing, place is very well maintained and clean. King size bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern. Woburn is close to Salem and Boston which is why we chose the area. We ate in downtown at Brickyard which had good build a burgers. If we would return back to MA I would gladly choose this host again.

The accommodations were a very pleasant size for two people and were also quite clean. The neighborhood appeared to be very safe. Communication with the host was excellent. The small kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for some light cooking. They even provided bathroom essentials in case anything was forgotten.

This place was perfect for my fiancé and I to get away together for a few days. It had everything we needed. We tend to overpack and honestly didn’t need to pack many bathroom needs like shampoo etc. they had it all. There is a small fridge but we were there for food and site seeing and not staying long enough to need a larger fridge. The bed was AWESOME! I slept better there than in my own bed and am now considering buying the same mattress for my home, haha! As stated in previous reviews, This is a basement apartment. You can hear walking around upstairs but I felt like it was minimal and to be expected. I reached out for restaurant recommendations and ended up going to all but one. She was spot on for all of them! There is also a local brewery (within walking distance even) called Lord Hobo (the beer was excellent!) that had good food too. I fell in love with the area and if this apartment is ever available in the future when we decide to make our way back up, I would love to come back. Thank you for everything!
