The location was convenient, the bed was comfortable. The room was pretty clean. As far as being a vacation rental, it's a bit light. One large knife, 3 forks, 1 spoon a potato peeler & can opener, 2 pans a kitchen towel were there. We did ask for another spoon & it was provided.There was a fridge, dishwasher & microwave. Coffee pot with 2 mugs. Paper towels, dish soap & scrubber.2 bowls, 2 glasses a few plates. The room was pretty quiet. We did hear barking dogs a few times, but not enough to disturb us. There were also some interesting smells, but nothing terrible.

This is a suites hotel with a small cooktop and you can check out pots etc like a library. Room and bathroom seemed very clean. Unlike many even in expensive properties, the bathroom both locked and had a vent (which OK that had not been dusted in quite some time...). Rancho Serrano Park is near if you go down Spectrum Pointe Drive a ways to an opening in the wall. Where-even though the park is supposed to be for residents-there is a parking lot. We walked the dog through there and down along some canals and around the neighborhood. There are various coffee and restaurants not crazy far away. All in all we were quite satisfied. Oh it was very handy to do the laundry in the air conditioning and not in some crazy hot laundromat since it was like 95 outside!
