We’ve stayed here twice now and it is by far the best bang for you buck! Perfect location!

This property is probably the best bang for your buck location in Myrtle beach. Every activity you could think of is within 20 minutes and the beach is a minute walk across the street. They provide everything you could possibly need including beach chairs! We love this place and have stayed here twice now.

Practically on the ocean

We would highly recommend. The location is top notch, offers partial ocean view and is directly across street from Bay Watch Resort, literally just steps from the ocean. While the visitors at Bay Watch have to walk from their congested 6-story parking garage, then wait several minutes for a crowded elevator ride to find their room and repeat the process to go back down, here you simply park in your backyard, grab your sunscreen and make the 60 second walk to the beach! 3 BRs; 2 baths and open floor plan in living/dining area offer plenty of room. Picnic tables and gas grill are ideal for cookouts, good wifi and 4 TVs to entertain bored kids between beach visits are also a plus. It is an older house so minor issues can pop up (like a loose doorknob when we stayed). The place could also stand to have a few more lights but overall we were quite pleased!

Would not recommend

The pictures are somewhat accurate, furnishings are outdated and old. We were expecting that. We did not expect the house to smell. When we arrived we had no idea that the cable guy was coming to fix an internet issue. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. The owner did not communicate this. When I did call the owner he was upset with the cable company and basically voiced his frustrations to me. The bathrooms are extremely small. My family is tall and it was uncomfortable. The kitchen was not clean. I had to clean it before I would even let my family put anything in it. The lighting is poor, 2 lamps in the living room and a light over the kitchen table. Not hardly enough light for such dark spaces. I would not recommend this house to anyone. We will not use this property again.

Perfect little beach house

This house is directly across from the beach and was perfect for our group of 5. Loved being able to walk three minutes back for lunch and to take a break from the sun. The porches are both big for groups to sit on at night after a long day at the beach and the kitchen is fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.
