We enjoyed our stay. Brenda was the perfect host. Nice amenities with cooking staples and breakfast foods. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Lots of space.

We had an incredible time! The place was beautiful, spacious, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. We also loved all the many wonderful places to go sightseeing nearby. We’ll definitely be back when we’re next in the area!

Wonderful host and comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Whitney Point. Brenda provided many details to make us feel welcome like home made banana bread, lots of breakfast goodies and ground coffee. There were four of us in our party and we stayed here very comfortably! I highly recommend this apartment!

Comfortable, Cozy and Country Setting!

We stayed at Brenda's apartment and it was as advertised - very cozy and private apartment with all the amenities including a well stocked refrigerator for breakfast and snacks. It's the kind of place that I wouldn't mind staying longer at. Quiet area yet close to major highways. Highly recommend!

Place to visit family

I stayed with my husband and dog to visit family in the area for an extended holiday. I appreciated that I could bring my dog and it was fenced in. We were greeted and shown around the apartment including amenities. She also checked in to see how we were doing!

Quiet country location

Had a great stay, Brenda and Paul were great host. Very enjoyable to talk to. Made room in their garage for our motorcycles since it was raining alot. Food was also an extra you don't get in most places.

Remarkable Hospitality

For us It’s Karika Family’s fantastic hospitality which we are carrying back home. We started with no plans and all credits to Brenda we visited 3 great places - 1. Southwick beach 2. Erie canal 3. Dorchester park( great for a laid back day)

Great stay!

Brenda & Paul were excellent hosts! It was so great to have breakfast foods & coffee, oj & 1/2 & 1/2 there for us. We loved our stay there. The sunset at the reservoir was pretty amazing! The only tiny things were that the property lists a grill & there wasn't 1 & they have a well for water, so the water has a slight odor. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!!! Comfortable Apartment Wonderful Host

Brenda was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. The apartment was clean, cozy, and all amenities were well provided. Fridge & pantry were even stocked with breakfast foods, snacks, and a nice selection of spices to cook with. The fenced in front yard was really nice for our dog, and Dorchester Park is just down the road and a nice place to take a walk, even in the winter. I wish I had more time to read all the interesting books in the library!

Nice getaway

It was a nice getaway even though I ended up working more than I wanted we were able to spend some time with our family. The host were the sweetest people checking on us and just making sure everything was fine, even opened the pool up early for my grand children, we loved the feel of the place. Many times my mom would just be sitting on the porch and still tells me she wants one here and loved the outdoor space. It was a home away from our home! Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay! The space was great for family visiting and time with our dog. She greatly enjoyed the fenced in front yard! We also really appreciated the extra mile the owner went to have the kitchen stocked with some of our favorite breakfast items. It was extremely helpful and much appreciated! The only thing of note is that this property isn't particularly baby/toddler friendly, however, that is no fault of the owners. We easily remedied this by removing knick knacks and breakables from our kiddo's reach. We also had to block off the TV as it was not mounted (which was not noticed by us in pictures). No harm, no foul! We'll definitely stay again when we go back to the area! Thanks for a great time!

Nice host but property is not for overweight people.

Had to leave my trip early due to back aches from soft bed. The host was very nice and accommodating but being overweight older man with health issues, I wasn’t able to sleep well due to the soft mattress in the king bed. The older host and her husband and multiple dogs lived in the upstairs of the house. First driving into the property it was difficult to locate as the dirt driveway ied me into a yard filled with a an old vehicle and junk like equipment. The pool had green water and above ground as the VRBO photo had a better shoot assuming it was in ground. However we were to it was ok to swim being stabilizer or something which my invited grandkids did. The worst thing was the tiny stand up shower where I could barely fit into the door. Netflix only on the tv. Overall the property is very outdated but probably someone from the area enjoying the outdoors would like the property more. The host was very nice but the property needs updating from the 70s/80s and accommodating for larger people

What a wonderful week

We thoroughly enjoyed the week. Our hosts were very thoughtful and caring and we enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. The apartment was spotless and we really appreciated the fenced in front yard for our dog. The pool was clean and really cooling during a very warm week. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

We went up for a graduation and this was a perfect spot! Brenda was a great hostess! The library was a huge plus! If we are in the area again we will definitely be back!
