この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Downtown McKinney is one of the most charming historic districts in North Texas. The neighborhood is lined with beautifully preserved homes from the early 1900s, tree-lined streets, and a thriving town square just steps away. You'll find acclaimed restaurants, boutique shops, wine bars, and live music all within walking distance. McKinney also hosts year-round events — farmers markets, holiday celebrations, and art festivals — that give it a genuine small-town feel in the heart of a growing metroplex.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The Bluebonnet is a beautifully restored 1920s historic home — you get the character of original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and period architecture, with all the modern comforts of a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer and dryer. The spacious backyard with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area makes it perfect for groups and families. We're proudly pet-friendly (up to 2 pets welcome), and the location can't be beat — you're just steps from the historic downtown square. Free parking both on the street right out front and in the driveway.
