Unit was very clean and well equipped for a week stay. Amazing beach view and very adequate space. Highly recommended! Amanda was a great hostess with very good communication which made our stay smooth!

The view was incredible! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships, rocket launches and even the air show that was in Cocoa Beach. The condo was well equipped however the pans could use some replacing. This property is very close to restaurants and some local shopping! We had a great time!

Great for Seniors

Everything was as advertised. We liked the handicapped parking and the elevator being so close to the parking lot and of course, the pool and the view.

11 nights at this wonderful property. View was spectacular. Clean, cozy, inviting space with comfy beds and sofa. Quiet pool & spa. Easy beach access. Friendly complex community. Kind and caring hosts, who check on you often. Close to Orlando parks, restaurants, and entertainment. I would highly recommend to others and stay again in the future.

Unit was in great condition. View was great. The pool and hot tub were also good. We enjoyed our stayed. There would definitely consider it again in the future.

Perfect condo, happy vacationers!

Communication with property manager Amanda was extremely easy with quick responses. From the moment of booking the condo to check out, everything was easy and communicated well. The property was beautiful and greatly located! We could not have asked for a more perfect place!

Fun in the sun!

Unit was very nice and exactly as pictured. The view was great - loved to hear the ocean waves from the balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Peaceful

Booked this Florida trip to get away from work and relax. Condo was very peaceful and quiet. Great area to walk around. We also loved looking for the cruise ships leaving port. Amanda was great to work with.

Ocean view was perfect

Unit was as pictured on VRBO! Had everything we needed for a wonderful Christmas trip. Close to restaurants and grocery! Kelcy was exceptional when answering our questions!

Terrific condo, clean and comfortable

Cape Winds Unit 304 is a favourite of ours; we’ve stayed there several times and plan to stay again. Always clean, up to date, and comfortable furniture. Beds were very restful. The view from terrace is expansive and preferable to the ground floor. Cape Winds’ pool is always clean and rarely crowded.

Great holiday location!

Beautiful condo, was well equipped for all our needs. Beach front, took about a minute to get our spot on the beach, and best of all the condo has beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc so there's was no need to buy anything during our stay! Kelsey was very receptive and quick to answer emails. Our family enjoyed our stay so much, we hope to get back and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful ! The condo was clean, had a wonderful view and a nice pool with beach access. We did not do any cooking but it looked like there was plenty of stuff to do so. The only thing I would say would be invest in some better quality toilet paper 😉
