This property was clean, quiet and comfortable! Plenty of room to spread out and multiple places to sit and chill, including a nice patio. It's just a short distance off the main road, with little traffic and no road noise. Parking is super easy with plenty of room to get in and out. We were there for 2 nights during shoulder season and had to use both AC and heat, and it was easy to keep this stand-alone building comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!

The property met our needs perfectly. Bedrooms at either end ensured privacy. The setting back from the highway made for no road noise. It was clean and the kitchen was great, with a few snacks and canned foods provided. I would unhesitatingly recommend this property!

Check and stay we’re super easy. It’s a very comfy space and we loved the paint scheme of every room being in different color. It’s a very quiet location but is very close to town, like a 2 minute drive. Will definitely stay again next we come up to visit.

The location worked out great for us since we were visiting the cave. The house was well stocked with perks for guests. The only negative was that the only door to the bathroom was through one bedroom.

Simple property. Basic amenities. Mattresses were soft, a nice retreat from the hard hotel mattresses we have been sleeping on.

The Hobbit House was everything we needed. Our home away from home. The property outside was well kept. The interior was very clean. It had all of the amenities we needed. Just bring your clothes. The location was very quiet and safe. We stargazed every night. I gighly recommend this place. We came to visit Oregon Cave National Forest.

The Hobbit House was a wonderful find! It felt like somebody took time in each room to make it like they would want it if they stayed there. Quiet location. Parking right at the door. Central a/c. The hosts are great people who communicated well. We look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!
