This is a 6-unit studio building. The walls are thin and noise from other units will be heard. We ask that you please mind the quiet hours from 10PM-9AM.

Guests can access the parking lot, which is shared by other units in the building.

Parking is tight! Please park as close to your parking space number as possible. (Street parking is available for free, if needed for larger trucks).

I am on and around the property most every day at least once if not more. Please let me know if you need anything!

Although there is a mini oven in the unit, it is unavailable for use, as it will set off the alarm.
