The home is all yours even the garage. Check in time is at 3pm and check out will be at 10am. Feel free to reach out if you need to check in early or check out late. You will enter the home using a smart lock with your own dedicated code, this will be provided before check in. This makes checking in and out an easy process.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. NO PARTIES. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. Each TV has access and is logged into HBO MAX and Peacock. Google fiber Wi-Fi is covered throughout the house.
