The hallways reeked of disinfectant and something else, not pleasant. The key to the main entry would not work on the front door. There is one air conditioning unit made for one room, so it is technically air conditioned as stated. It was very hot in the place on arrival as the AC unit was not on. There were box fans, which I assume were to try and move the cold air from the kitchen/ living room down the long hall to the bedrooms. Every fan had broken blades. We purchased our own and used them and took them home when we left. The furniture was not comfortable and very dated. You could not use the electrical outlets in the bedrooms, they are so worn that whatever you plug in them literally falls out. The toilet seat was falling off the toilet. The coffee carafe was chipped at the spout. Bathroom had no door, a shower and vanity and another room with a bathtub and toilet attached, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, there was no drain plug for the tub (we had two children with us, and used a plastic bag). The 15 amp circuit breaker for the living room and kitchen kept blowing, not a surprise as there was a microwave, air conditioner, coffee pot, and dishwasher all on the same circuit. When we tried to wash the dishes in the dishwasher when we left, the dishwasher was not attached to the countertop allowing it to pull out from the countertop. This unit needs maintenance! Someone is not taking care of it. "You get what you pay for", I kept thinking throughout our stay.
