Great location. Huge pool. Covered parking. Easy beach access. Unit has multiple beach umbrellas/chairs/boards, etc. Large bedrooms. Two balconies with great views.

Great Property in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this unit at Canaveral Towers. Located right on the beach north of the heart of Cocoa Beach, the neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Beach access was very easy with an access point on each side of the property.The unit was clean and well-stocked with kitchen necessities, games and smart TVs. Being on the end of the building closest to the beach with two balconies allowed for great views of the beach and ocean. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a useful perk. Some of the furniture could use an update but we understand not wanting to put new/quality furniture in a rental property.Canaveral Towers was very clean and well-maintained. The pool was fantastic and received plenty of use during our stay. Having a covered parking spot specifically reserved for the unit was another nice perk.Communication with the property manager was easy. They provided clear check-in instructions and responded promptly via email when we had a question. We would definitely stay at Canaveral Towers on a future visit to the Space Coast. It's a great location.

2025 Spring Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our family. The views are amazing and there was plenty of room for our family of five. The condo had everything we needed, and the location was perfect! Close to many activities. Steps to the beach and has a wonderful pool. Two balconies with both ocean and pool views! We would go back again!

Clean, comfortable beds, great beach, easy, safe

The unit is clean and the beds comfortable. The laundry and soap are appreciated. The beach is terrific and it was fun to see the rocket launches and cruise ship traffic. It was nice to see the pelicans on the shore and to pick up shells. Great kite flying, convenient shopping, great location for Cocoa activities. It would have been nice to have screen doors on the sliders so they could have been left open. Unfortunately Pigeons would walk in from the deck if the sliders were left open and weren't guarded. The lamp in the SE corner of the LR was near falling apart and should be fixed or replaced. A few more kitchen implements would make cooking a little easier. The other guests were friendly. We had a nice stay. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Canaveral Towers. We woke to the sunset each day. The breeze when the doors were open was spectacular. A great time was had by all!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and check in was flawless. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the walkway out to the beach was convenient. We appreciated the beach accessories included and enjoyed a dip in the pool each day after beach time.

Great stay in Cocoa Beach!

This property is a advertised! We couldn't ask for more. Double balconies with ocean views so we could enjoy the beach even in the shade. Beach access was awesome. Our family of 6 were comfortable. We were able to cook in pretty easily. The property management was very responsive and easy to work with. We'll be staying here in the future guaranteed.

Great Location for a Beach Getaway

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Modern appliances - all worked well. Cleanliness was very good. Appreciated the covered parking spot. Saw 3 Space X launches during our stay. Only quibble would be that the elevators had issues.

Nice condo but security concern

I liked the condo and the location. However on the last night of our stay we were awakened by a stranger knocking on our door. He said he found our condo key in the parking lot. He gave us a key clearly marked for our unit. I’m not sure if the previous guest had lost a key but we had all of our keys with us. I checked and the key that was found outside opened our door. So basically if a dishonest person had found the key we could have been robbed or worse. They need to update the keys to a coded keypad or keycard that could be changed between guests.

Very Nice

This is a wonderful property. We had 6 adults and a 15 month old. The property has everything you need from enough towels & washcloths, dishes, pots & pans, extra blankets & pillows, boogie boards, beach chairs and even box fans incase you like extra noise while sleeping (that's ME). Everyone was so friendly. Very NICE!

Family beach vacation

Great location! Great views from this 4th floor corner condo unit! Kitchen well equipped, and plenty of bath towels for all 6 of us. Beach towels were a bit thin, so I would suggest bringing along some of your own if you’re picky. 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and boogie boards were also onsite. Loved having laundry in primary bathroom! After reading previous reviews, we knew we needed our key for all stairwells, doors, and elevator (which can be a bit of a nuisance, however appreciate the safety aspect so no complaints here!)! There are many great local restaurants~ and Ubers/Lyfts were also very accessible. Highly recommend Canaveral Towers for a beautiful, fun and relaxing time away!

Over all the condo was very comfortable with everything we needed. Convenient to the beach and pool. Enjoyed every morning on the decks, perfect for your morning coffee. As stated in description many beach items were available and the washer and dryer worked well. Would recommend.

Great beach stay

If you are looking for a beach facing stay - this is a fantastic option! Beautiful views and the team Is very helpful and supported us via email, phone… while the apartment is clean and well stocked including with beach necessaries . Only small glitch was the apartment elevator on day 1 was out of order but it was attended to and fixed pretty quickly. Thanks for a great vacation!

Family Spring Break

This rental was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and well-equipped! My dad was the first to arrive and stated that it was "even BETTER than the pictures!" We loved the location. This area of the beach was not too busy- it was quiet in the best way! Perfect for our 3 families- with 2 infants! When we weren’t at the beach, we loved spending time on the ocean view patios. There wasn’t much to do within walking distance, but we knew that going in to the trip, so it was fine! We would certainly come back!

Right on the beach which wasn’t crowded plus a nice pool. Lots of restaurants within a short drive. Also plenty of supplies in the condo which was a nice surprise. A bonus was watching two launches from our balcony. We’ll be back!

The view!

The view from this condo is very good. The large balcony is accessible from the living area and one bedroom and has adequate seating for a group of 4, however it is a bit tight if all 4 people are out there and want to sit at the high top chairs. There was one chair on the small balcony accessible from the master. The kitchen was well equipped and had nice, newer appliances. The beds were VERY comfortable. Only complaints were that only 1 washcloth was in each bathroom and there were 4 people staying here. I told the property manager who sent someone out and they brought more dish towels ( we had plenty). One of the people staying with me accepted them and said the person did not speak english so they did not tell them we really needed wash cloths for the bathroom. I just washed towels every day. The other issue is that you have to use a key to get ANYWHERE in this property. Good for security but can get annoying when someone in your group forgets theirs. Also did not like having to drive to another location to get the key at check in and then take that key back the next day. Time to upgrade to keyless entry. The pool is excellent! Clean and not crowded this time of year. Love the property manager for this condo. Have stayed in their condos many times. They are very responsive to any issue.

Fabulous views.

Visited with our son and his family. My grandsons had a great time at the beach and I could watch them play from the comfort of the balcony. We all enjoyed our stay. Great place for a family vacation.
