Welcome to your Premium One-Bedroom PAD at Canyon Haus Penthouse Retreat — a smart, stylish retreat just steps from the slopes, shops, and dining of Canyons Village. This well-designed 585 sq. ft. residence comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a private queen bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living area.

Enjoy a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal — perfect for cozy nights in. Step onto your private balcony to take in partial views of Canyons Village or the scenic Uinta Mountains.
As a guest at Canyon Haus Penthouse Retreat , you'll have access to resort-style amenities that elevate your stay. Take advantage of the ski valet and shuttle service, or break a sweat in the fitness center. Don't miss the game room — a guest favorite — featuring arcade games, shuffleboard, and lounge areas perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

The hot tub is currently closed for maintenance. The pool remains open and has been heated to approximately 92–94°F for a warmer swim experience. Updates will be provided once the hot tub has been repaired and reopened.

Whether you're here to ski, hike, or recharge, this PAD delivers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Park City energy. APRÈS Vacation Homes complies with all applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA). Strictly NO PETS allowed but if a guest will be traveling with a service animal, they are required to notify us prior to check-in.

Please note there may be an exterior security camera present at the front door/entrance of the property. Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-out until 12 PM is complimentary with advance notice to us and the front desk. A $35/day resort fee (required by HOA) and a $50/day incidental hold are collected at the front desk at check-in. The incidental hold is released 5–7 business days after checkout, depending on your bank. Fees cover amenities like Wi-Fi, shuttle, valet parking, fitness center, and ski valet. Long-Term Stays (30+ Days): A utility fee of $10/day + tax applies. A hold will appear at check-in and will convert to a charge after 30 days.

- For bookings over 30 days, guests may opt for a mid-stay clean (guest-paid) or a light property walkthrough with our manager, scheduled at your convenience.

Please Note: This is a hotel-managed unit. While APRÈS Vacation Homes will always assist you, any amenity closures or additional charges are set by the hotel management and are outside of our direct control.
