NEW - This beautiful newly remodeled home is a 30 day minimum rental. Just a short 26 minute drive to the Traverse City Horse Show grounds.
Having over 5,200 square feet, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Sitting on a very large lot on the NW side of Torch Lake. The home has 6 bedrooms, 7 baths and will sleep 12. The house sits back about 400-450 feet from the water. There is a concrete path down to the water that can be driven on for those who cannot walk down to the water. Everything is new in this house. There is also a separate apartment over the garage that is included with this house. Location is just a straight shot North to Charlevoix or Petosky. Or head South to Traverse City. Many things to see and do up here in beautiful Northern Michigan. Or, a great place to stay and just chill on the lake.
We are looking for renters who will be respectful to this beautiful property.
