Overall stay at this condo apt was a very good experience. And it is located very close to the local attractions and necessary amenities. There is even a very good massage place located within 5 mins walk.

This apartment is really lovely and just like the pictures! The host was super friendly and replied to messages really quickly, making check-in so easy. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The pool and the surrounding view were amazing – it honestly felt like we were staying in a fancy 5-star resort! It was definitely a great experience.We also took a half-day tour to the Mekong Delta that we booked here, and it was pretty interesting! We got to experience a lot of new things, which was really fun. I'd totally come back and recommend this place to all my friends.

With less than 24hours of arriving in Vietnam we had to book this property and couldn’t be more pleased with the attention to detail and superb communication from the hosts. We were in a very bad situation where our previous booking ended up being a scam and had to rebook through VRBO last minute and this property was extremely accommodating to our needs. The host communicated timely and had everything ready for us making our stay seamless. The location is in the heart of downtown district 1 and super convenient for everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend this property.
