Wonderful cabin close to all the lakes, Rocky Mtn National Park, beautiful scenic hikes, & waterfalls! Cabin is so clean & well equipped and the outdoor deck/with plenty of seating, gas grill and gas fire pit made for relaxing evenings.

Grand Lake Cabin

Our family enjoyed this cabin located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the lake. It was well stocked, very clean and the huge deck was perfect for meals and gathering at night around the fire table.

Perfect weekend getaway!

The cabin was warm and cozy. A perfect cabin for a weekend getaway. The location was ideal, close enough to town but far away enough to feel secluded and private. Looking forward to going back!

Wonderful location and property

This was a lovely cabin and we loved the sweet neighborhood it was in and how close it was to Lake Grandby. Very clean throughout and liked the well stocked kitchen. We truly enjoyed the large deck and appreciated the locking gates to allow our 2 year old to roam around outside. Fantastic place to stay!

Wonderful stay

Loved everything about this cabin!!! It was close enough to town but was also quiet which is what we wanted. We could see lots of stars when sitting out by the fire. It fit our family of 5 just perfect. Hope to go back one day!

Excellent accommodations for our family of 8. Room for everyone to have their own space. Great location - we boated all 3 lakes, mountain biked, hiked, saw moose, elk, deer, eagles, and osprey.

Outstanding Property

This property is very nice and convenient to everything Grandby/Grand Lake has to offer. Our family really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room inside, large deck, and all the amenities you need. Just blocks from Grandby lake made it easy to access paddle boarding and fishing. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful cabin in a great location

We were a group of 5 who stayed for 5 days. The cabin is beautiful and well appointed- it’s also perfectly located for visiting Rocky Mountain National park. Kevin was a great host- easily reachable and gives great advice on nearby places to see that only locals might otherwise know about. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful time with the children in this house, they didn't even want to leave! Great place for nature walks. The house had absolutely everything we could need. The owner is very friendly. We are already planning to come back in summer!

Great stay

Everything was just as listed and the property had everything we needed for a great stay. We went skiing in Granby and everything was a short drive away. Definitely need a 4WD vehicle if visiting in the winter, as mentioned. We have one so we didn't have any issues! Would stay here again.

Perfect family house for relaxing and HQ for adventures

Our family stayed for 10 days in July and it was glorious. The location was super convenient to RMNP entrance and the town of Grand Lake, and we enjoyed just sitting on the lovely wrap around deck and enjoying the neighborhood. The house is also very well stocked and very lean & comfortable (shout out to the recliner sofas - we reclined almost every night of the Olympics!).

The floorplan of the cabin is conducive for larger families. It is a 3-level cabin with two living rooms. The plot is lovely. The owners are wonderful to work with and communicate effectively.

Family Fishing Trip

Meg was a great host! Property was just as advertised and perfect location for us to get to the lake. Beautiful, plenty of parking and room for our snowmobile trailer. Low traffic area and easy to get to. Will use again!
