Designed with comfort in mind, this home includes a spacious primary suite featuring a warming mattress pad on the bed, a jetted tub, and direct access to a private patio. The third bedroom is a private Mother-in-Law Ensuite with its own entrance, complete with a gas fireplace, kitchenette, mini fridge, dining table for two, and a secluded patio—ideal for guests seeking extra space and independence.

Enjoy the mountain air on the furnished deck with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining areas for alfresco meals. Or wake up and soak up the sunshine on the private patio off the master suite, ideal for quiet mornings with coffee.

Located near Fool Hollow Lake, scenic hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and lakes perfect for boating, fishing, and water activities, this retreat is a gateway to outdoor adventures. The Torreon community golf course is for members only, but The Torreon Grille is open to the public. The public Bison Ranch Golf Course is the closest to the home.

Torreon Community Amenities: These can only be accessed with an optional, on-site fee. The initial fee to use the pool, fitness center, pickleball/tennis/basketball courts, and clubhouse is $375 for one person, then $125 per additional person, along with a $25 purchase of a key fob. Please be aware that these payments take a few days to process through the HOA.

Please Note: Guests do not have access to the mailbox. Please do not send mail/packages to the property.

Things to Know

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: This property features 2 Ring doorbell devices with exterior security cameras facing the front outdoor entry and the guest entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. Both cameras actively record video and sound when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
