We have been taking vacations at waterfront properties for many years and this house was definitely one of the best we have ever stayed at. The home itself is unique and full of personal touches that make it special. This is not a cookie cutter, mass produced house, but a well thought out custom designed home. The location is wonderful for simply sitting outside and enjoying the ocean breeze or making day trips to the nearby attractions. We took trips to Salem, Plymouth, Provincetown, and Martha's Vineyard.
In regards to the house, there are a few things worth noting. The kitchen is absolutely fantastic. It is a large, well-appointed chef's dream. The bathrooms are all modern with walk-in showers. The bedrooms are each unique with a good mix of adult rooms and child-friendly rooms. There was plenty of privacy for all family members when desired. The central air was more than capable of keeping the entire house cool and comfortable. The only negative was that the WiFi provided poor internet connectivity but, if you spend too much time on the internet you are missing the point of a vacation escape.
The last thing that I will share is that we were at the house when the edge of a tropical storm came through the area. Since all the windows had not been latched shut, one of them was ripped open and torn off the house by the high winds. This certainly added some excitement to the stay. The property manager was immediately responsive and the damage was covered and a contractor was on-site to plan repairs the following day. We were all very impressed with the friendly and helpful locals who came by to help out.
My family and I highly recommend this property.
Best Regards,
