Sea Dunes 304 was Great!!

We enjoyed our stay at Real Dunes 304. Property was clean, had everything we needed and such easy access to the beach and plenty of attractions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on Okaloosa Island!

Great location

We've stayed her before and love the location and size of the complex. Some of the carpet and furniture is showing signs of wear. But all in all still a nice place.

Excellent Beach Getaway

We had an amazing time during our stay. The condo was exactly how I imagined it to be and I was surprised by how great the views were. It was easy access to the beach and it was just far enough down the island that the beach wasn’t crowded. We did have some minor issues but RealJoy Vacations was very prompt in resolving them.

Safety… both doors for patio don’t lock. Needs a good cleaning.

The weather was great. Beaches were beautiful. My family enjoyed!!! This place had all you needed. Plenty of towels also.

Sea Dune

Loved this property. The only thing that we disliked was the size of the pool. It was a great over all experience.

Quiet time at the beach!

Excellent location! Very comfortable! So relaxing! It is so nice to be able to stand in the kitchen, sit in the living room or dining room or stay in bed and see, hear, and smell the ocean! We've been coming to the beach for 12 years and have enjoyed this condo more than any other, from here to St Pete Beach!
