Everything was delightful. This attractive home is well appointed and has everything you need to feel comfortable in the amazing community of Saluda. So much to do—restaurants, gathering places, friendly residents, and amazing hiking trails.

Quiet yet close to town

Eva's place was in an ideal location about 2 blocks from town. It had everything you would need, was clean and in a quiet location. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Great weekend getaway

This property is close to the Main Street of Saluda. It is comfortable, clean and has a great kitchen. The wood burning fireplace and living room are so nice! We enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here over New Years and loved it! The house is very nicely decorated and well-kept. We enjoyed having fires every night. The property is wooded and quiet, yet close enough to the quaint town that you could walk to it. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy cottage

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains. Great location, easy walk to downtown Saluda. Great porch for reading, coffee and visiting with friends. We love the wood burn fireplace when weather permits! Eva is the best! Thank you!

Quiet and Relaxing

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac only two blocks from downtown Saluda. The house was very comfortable with a kitchen set up for cooking if you want. The large screened porch is a great way to start your morning or spend your evening. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful as always

Always love staying in this beautiful, comfortable and convenient home. Probably a 4 minute walk to Saluda’s Main Street. Big, comfortable screen porch. Quiet neighborhood. Always a relaxing experience.

Nice get-away!

Very nice house in quiet location. Walking distance to downtown Saluda. Nice to be able to walk to dinner and the sunset was gorgeous from the screened in porch. It was too cold to sit on the the porch but I bet it’s lovely when the temperature cooperates. Kitchen was fully stocked and bedrooms were comfortable. We drove to hike but there are several in area that are close to Saluda. Saw a couple of bugs in the house but this area is considered ‘the south’ and bugs are pretty common. The owner was really great to work with and very responsive. Overall a great and relaxing stay. Thank you!

So glad you enjoyed my home. This time of year it is very rare that we have bugs. My exterminator suggested some came in with the fire wood. We will have the house treated again in March, or whenever it gets a little bit warmer.

Fall Beauty

Quaint and cozy mountain house in perfect proximity to downtown Saluda. Everything you need for a relaxing visit is all there, just light the fire! Lovely screen porch and back deck, plus a friendly neighbor with cat. Well appointed furnishings that were welcoming and comfortable! We loved our stay and hope to return next year. Best porch

Beautiful setting with everything close by. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Wonderful porch for sitting and we love the wood burning fireplace. We have been here 6 times and love it!

Great Location and Property

Lovely, cosy home with a great screened in porch. The neighborhood was peaceful and it was a nice walk to Main Street. We loved exploring the area: Saluda, Tryon, and Pearson Falls.
