My family has lived on the Monterey Peninsula since the 1930s. We love this area and can't wait to share all of its special features with you. We enjoy golf, CrossFit, hiking and watching the sunset at the beach.

Neighborhood is central to shopping, miles of recreational trails, beach, Laguna Seca, Carmel and downtown Monterey. Plenty of places to eat within 15 minute commute.

Brand new renovated unit. Insulated from outside noise with double pain windows and extra insulation. In unit washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen with quiet appliances.
