Regarding the toiletrys, please note that what we provide is not meant to last for the duration of the entire stay, as they are apart of the complimentary starter kit. Regarding the fleas, as soon as you informed us, we contacted pest control to address the situation immediately. As for the bikes, they are provided at the discretion of the homeowner and can be added or removed at any time without prior notice, as they are not a required amenity. Typically, we provide a welcome bag with basic starter amenities to enhance our guests' experience. We apologize if was not left in your rental. While most of our properties offer internet access, issues can arise from external factors like device compatibility and weather. We always strive to troubleshoot these issues, and if needed, we contact the internet provider for assistance. Regarding the pool heat, we conduct checks before charging guests and communicate any issues promptly. If a problem arises after payment, we ensure to issue a refund as needed. We have already contacted the appropriate company to resolve this for future stays. We also sent someone to address the ice maker issue, but unfortunately, our team was unable to fix it, so we reached out to a third-party service for help. Additionally, please note that complimentary bikes are not included with this property. The bikes you mentioned were likely rented from a third-party company by previous guests, which is why we don’t have access codes for them. We are very sorry for the cons- the ants can get a little out of control at times but we do try to stay on top of it and spray regularly. We can definitely pass on your idea of a vacuum for the pool to the owners as well as the internet not reaching the outside tv.
