Perfect for flexible stays, our apartments feature full kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and open-concept layouts. Recharge by the resort-style pool, hit the 24-hour gym, or enjoy the leash-free pet park and on-site walking trails.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
