Our family has been renting in Sunriver for years, and we all agreed that this was our best overall rental experience to date.The house is absolutely beautiful and perfectly accommodated our group of ten people across three generations. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable.Because the ski season started late this winter, we spent more time at the house than planned, and the amenities were great. The ping pong table got constant use, and the large kitchen table became the heart of our stay—it was the perfect size for both our nightly family dinners and lots of board games.The owners were fantastic to work with, maintaining great communication throughout the process and providing many thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel extra special. If you are looking for a well-appointed home that handles a multi-generational group with ease, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Best home for large groups

We keep coming back to this home because of how it accommodates a lot of couples and kids. Each couple had their own king bed with en suite and the kids also had their own bathrooms and space for relaxing, and watching TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need and the three ovens came in handy on multiple occasions. It’s also so nice to have two dishwashers. We had an issue a couple days into our stay and after contacting the host he responded within just a few minutes. We highly recommend this home for large groups and multigenerational families.

The house was large and beautiful.

The only problem was the cleanliness. The owner is trying to resolve the problem and worked with us, to our satisfaction. Ted couldn’t have been nicer. It was very easy to reach out to him. He responded very quickly.

Great for our family

Lots of room for ten of us. Great pingpong space for individual and team tournaments.Bike path close to river. Great selection of single speed touring bikes although we brought seven of our own (multi-geared road and mountain bikes. Great mountain bike trails nearby. House well stocked and owner very responsive to concerns. We booked it already for next year. Bring mosquito repellents.

Fantastic House

Our family was in Sunriver to celebrate a graduation and a birthday. The house was perfect for all of us. So many things to do around the location and meet back for dinner, movies, ping pong challenges and games. So many great memories made in the 8 days we stayed.

Great property in a great location!

We had 2 families grandma for a week, and everything was amazing! Incredible view, plenty of wildlife, and we loved the proximity to the river and bike trails. The bikes were such a bonus. Kitchen was amazing, 2 dishwashers and 3 ovens!! We had a blast!

Amazing home and amazing hosts

This home provides the perfect location for us, our of 3 adult children and their families. Ted is an excellent host-- very communicative and accommodating. Ping pong, foosball, and a great hot tub provide plenty of opportunities for fun and relaxation. All rooms have an adjoining bathroom. The kitchen is amazing with 3 ovens and two stove tops to accommodate our collaborative approach to meal preparation. We'll be back next year!

Perfect for our needs

This property was perfect for our White Christmas. Plenty of bedrooms for two 15 year olds and 5 adults. Close to skiing and restaurants with an outstanding kitchen to cook Christmas supper. ssupper.

Perfect for family and friends

This is the second year that we have stayed at Ted and Patti’s fabulous home for Thanksgiving. We had 5 adults and 5 kids (3 boys, 2 girls). It’s perfect because each bedroom for the adults has an attached bathroom and there is a room with bunk beds and a large bed for the boys and a matching room across the Jack & Jill bathroom for the girls. Sharing a roof and cooking duties in this home is so easy with 3 ovens, 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, and 2 fridges. Excellent open floor plan and views. The location within the wildlife and having access to the rec center with indoor pool for the kids was awesome. Everything was perfect and Ted & Patti are amazing at communication. Highly recommend!

Secluded and close to river

House was large enough for our family of 10 to easily stay and had all the proper provisions for a large group. Back of house faces towards the river with no other houses blocking the view.

Fantastic house

End of summer family gathering. Perfect large house for our 3 generations group. Beds and furniture so comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked - good to have more than one of everything so no need to use and wash to use again like so many other homes I have rented. Foozball table and Table Tennis so fun - great selection of bicycle sizes and helmets. One oven and the BBQ were not very clean but that was not enough of an issue to remove a star. The hosts were quick to apologize for this. Highly recommend this house.

Spacious, Quiet and Secluded

This house is quite spacious, with a well stocked kitchen and amenities. The pinnacle is the private feeling you get when facing the meadow and river. Communication with the owner is easy.
