Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:



1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8

3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)

4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.



Pets are allowed depending on their size; please inform us in advance and disclose if you plan to bring a pet to avoid any potential cancellation. There is an additional cleaning fee per pet:



- Stays of 1-4 nights: $35 per night per pet

- Stays of 5-29 nights: $250 per pet

- Stays of 30 nights or more: $400 per pet



Please note, the company is not responsible for any maintenance or repairs in the building.



Verification of guests before their stay is mandatory.



To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, you may need to provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification process, and in some cases, undergo a background check.



It's important to note that this information is only used for screening and verification purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.



Additionally, all guests must sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:



- Abide by our rental terms and conditions.

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

- Undergo a background check if required by the property management company or owner as outlined in your rental agreement.

- Understand that check-in instructions may be provided after completing our verification process.



All guests must provide required information within 24 hours of booking; for same-day bookings, information must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet our verification criteria may be canceled.



Note:

Surveillance cameras are in the hallways for security, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.



Every reservation carries a $55 damage protection charge covering accidental damages up to $150.
