Great beach house and location
My family and I loved this townhome for our beach getaway! It’s just one house back from the beach, but there are two balconies that give you a beach water view. There was covered parking for at least two cars. The beach was a very short walk away. The townhome was clean and included pretty much everything you need for your stay, including extra towels and four beach chairs. Indian rocks beach is gorgeous and there are no big hotels around; so it has a more relaxed, residential vibe to it. Close to lots of restaurants. The only minor glitch we had was that we didn’t receive our check-in info prior to arriving, so we had to reach out to the host for the door access code. Ricardo responded immediately and took care of it. He also responded promptly to any questions we had before arrival. There are two flights of stairs… one to the main floor with a pullout bed and the kitchen area, and a second going to the bedrooms upstairs. We really loved having three bathrooms. I highly recommend and plan to come back in the future.
