Inaccurate pictures of listing. wrong location. Poor communication
Booked somewhat last minute. There initially was communication from the host about how many guests were staying in the place. After providing that information I asked about check in process. I received no response until I contacted vrbo customer support. Property manager gave me a different address than the one that was in the confirmation email. He said that was the office address. One of the reasons we picked the property was because of the advertised location. We never saw pictures of this new location. It was only one bathroom when we thought we were paying for two. Property manager continued to say because of the amount of guests we stated we were assigned this new property. After asking about why the pictures are not correct, he finally admits that the property advertised had a leak from the ceiling, and it was not available. This was not communicated on the time of booking. He offered to put us in a new location, which looked worse than the one we were in. He did offer a refund, but with all our luggage, having a young child, and the time we were staying there, it would have been too difficult to move. Do not stay here. Property management is poor from communication to misleading information.
