Newly renovated waterfront 2-bedroom condo in charming Brigantine NJ
Property is available now! For summer rentals, starting June 14-end of August, reservations must be 7 nights or more w/ Check-in / Check-out dates Saturdays or Sundays.
The highlight of our newly renovated beach home is being directly waterfront on the bay with a large deck & spacious grass backyard for games/grilling/entertaining. The water view provides peace and tranquility along with a nice breeze to watch boats pass by. The sunrise/sunset is not to be missed and being able to walk right into the water via your private entrance to swim or to grab kayak/paddle board / boat time is priceless. The unit comes with 2 private/reserved parking spots off the street.
Bedroom 1 has a luxury king bed and on-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and two sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed along with a bunk bed that has a double bed on bottom, single on top, and a single trundle. All mattresses are new and high end.
The kitchen is fully appointed. Less than a mile walk to the beach / shops.
