BEAUTIFUL CONDO/STEPS TO THE BEACH

Owner-Andrew, quick response with communication. Andrew provided a list of restaurants and area attractions that was very helpful. Condo is steps from the beautiful beach. Spacious, clean condo. Condo is stocked with everything you may need from towels, blankets, cleaning products, laundry detergent, seasonings, salt, pepper to welcome snacks. Close to AC casinos. Can not ask for anything more, except when can we stay again:)

Very nice

We loved Andrew's property. Neat, clean, easy check in. Great location. A short walk to the beach and just down the road are all amenities, shopping, and dining. We particularly loved the patio which faces the southwest. Never been to Brigantine even though we live in NJ and was pleasantly surprised. Even better in the off season. Absolute peace and quiet. Highly recommend. Thanks Andrew for a lovely visit.

Super close to beach and comfortable

I had a pleasant stay at A Stones Throw. The property was clean and well-maintained, offering all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The views were lovely and added to the overall experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I enjoyed my time and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. Thank you to the property manager and staff for their hospitality.

Great place to stay and go to a wonderful beach

This place was perfect for married couple and adult daughter and two small dogs. Very clean and all the details well thought out! will stay again!

As frequent traveler, Homeaway/VRBO host, and Co-host for other homeowners, I understand both the homeowner and guests perspectives. It's my job to make sure everyone has the ideal vacation experience.

I am also a wildlife biologist that worked major energy projects in the southwestern United States. My wife is a pediatric nurse who works at CHOP and have two beautiful children that are the center of our world.

We both try to lead healthy lifestyles w/ clean eating, but still dabble on occasional treats!

I hope when hosting you at my vacation home or assisting you at another property that we both have a wonderful experience together.

I purchased this property for a few reasons. First, I always wanted to own a shore property as this was a large part of my childhood memories and so I wanted to relive those experiences with my own familly. Also, I shifted my career to the vacation hospitality industry. I help other homeowners in Brigantine manage their vacation rentals. It only made sense to buy one for myself.

This is the perfect location to observe all the local activities and socialize with the passing patrons. This condo is surrounded by other Million Dollar homes and looks like one itself, It blends right in. You feel like you won the lottery!
