The property was clean, homey and well prepared for guests. The sofa bed downstairs is surprisingly comfortable. I liked the fact we were so close to restaurants and the state park. I would recommend this house for young families because the set up with the beach is perfect. Also, the lake is beautiful. Thank you, Kevin for being such a good host.

Another sister trip in the books. This is a perfect getaway place. Property is exactly as described in the listing. Sister and I have been coming to this house for 4 years now and will continue to do so annually for our “sister trip”. Never any issues, easy check in, easy check out and property is perfect. Thanks Kevin for always being such an awesome host! See you next year!!

I liked the little details the most, the place is clean, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. It’s a home away from home. We will definitely recommend this place and be back for another stay. The owner was easy to get in touch with and responded immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely lakeside cabin. It was the perfect size for our writing retreat. It was spotlessly clean and reasonably kept up. We enjoyed views of waterfowl from the balcony with breakfast and the sounds of the waves on the lake lulled us to sleep at night. We will absolutely book this property again next year for our next Lake Livingston stay.
