Our spacious 1250 sq ft home is steps away from Irving Park in NE Portland. It's a short distance from the vibrant Alberta Arts District, Historic Mississippi Ave, and the Pearl District. Plus, PDX airport is just a 15-minute drive away! Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, and sleeping arrangements for up to 5 guests, this home offers both comfort and convenience. Note that there may be noise; earplugs and a noise machine are available for your comfort!
The Space:
Welcome to our brand-new, beautifully remodeled modern lower unit in the heart of NE Portland, Oregon. With a Walk Score of 89, this space is designed with luxury and comfort in mind, making it truly one of a kind in the area.
Our spacious 1250 sq ft home features two large bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom with a stunning mosaic shower. Each bedroom is furnished with brand new queen beds, down comforters, duvets, and plush pillows. You'll find ample storage with large closets, dressers, and convenient luggage racks. Nightstands are equipped with USB port bedside lamps for easy device charging.
The unit boasts state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The bar area, featuring quartz countertops and three bar stools, is perfect for casual dining, while a circular table seating four is ideal for small gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, cooking utensils, and a single-serve coffee machine with coffee pods provided.
Relax in the living room, equipped with Apple TV, Netflix, and other channels for your entertainment. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home. For your comfort, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels.
This unit is perfect for business travelers, families, or a quick weekend getaway. With 1250 sq ft, there’s plenty of room for your group to spread out. Please note: This completely private space with its own entrance is a converted lower unit in a duplex. Long-term tenants live in the upstairs unit, and they are respectful and considerate. There is a short flight of stairs to access the home, which may be a consideration for those with accessibility needs. Every room has windows, ensuring ample natural light.
