Casa Loma next to Xochimilco in Oaxaca de Juárez

Unwind in this modern, spacious retreat, located in a peaceful, gated neighborhood just a 10 minute walk to Xochimilco and 20 minute walk or 10 minute drive south to Centro. Perfect for groups or families, it sleeps 7 comfortably with plenty of space to entertain, including a dining table for eight and a pool table! PLEASE BE AWARE our floating staircase has very minimal safeguards and all bedrooms are on the top floor.
The space
On the main floor we have a large dining table for eight and living room seating for six comfortably. There is a full kitchen with an appliance cabinet that has a shake blender, electric kettle, toaster, electric coffee grinder, drip coffee machine, and french press. There is filtered water that comes out cold from the fridge and ice is also made with filtered water. There is a half bath on this floor.

Downstairs we have a large television, couch, pool table, treadmill, and game table.

Upstairs we have four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. All the king suites have televisions and two of them have small outdoor patios.

There is a two car garage available to park in with advanced notice.
