これは本当に静かで、静かで、離れた場所に滞在する場所です。 この再建されたログキャビンは、美しく維持された畑のエーカーの真ん中に置かれています。 周囲にはいくつかの樹木があり、最も近い家は宿主の家です。 正面のポーチには釣りの池を見渡すスイングがあります。 バックポーチは、バスルームである小さなログキャビンまでの短い歩行（約10フィート）をカバーしています。 豪華な浸り心地を提供する素晴らしいアンティークのフットバス（シャワーなし）があります。 （ヒート＆エアー！）

このログキャビンの修復は、ログが内壁と外壁に露出した状態で顕著です。 メインキャビンは、アンティーク家具を補完するユニークなデザインのミニキッチンとリビングエリア付きの広い客室です。 暖炉は部屋の焦点であり、ロフトから見ることができます。 本当にロマンチックな雰囲気です！ はしご型の階段は、ダブルベッドとキルトカバーレットと大きな古いトランク付きのシングルベッドを保持する寝室につながっています。

地元のパン屋のペストリーを含むコンチネンタルブレックファーストは、いつでもご自由にお使い頂けます。 ラウンドテーブルで朝のコーヒーとペストリーを飲んだり、火を注視したり、池の窓を見たりするのはゆったりとした一日です。 リビングルームにはクイーンベッドが付いています。 アンティークのソファーとテレビもあります。

The Log Cabin

I hope 5 is considered to be the highest rating in this review. The Log Cabin has become our favorite place to stay in Fredericksburg. We have stayed there 6 or 7 times now. The hostess is a very sweet lady that brings pastries and banana bread every day. The cabin is always clean and well-maintained. The peacefulness and ambiance is perfect for decompressing and letting relaxation take over. I hope the owners continue to allow access for years to come, because we will be there time and time again.

We stayed 2 nights at The Log Cabin. It was a wonderful experience! 9 minutes from Main St. Fredericksburg. Cabin took us back to what would have been simpler times. So cozy and peaceful. Amazing starry nights, watched deer from porches, warm fire in stone fireplace, and delicious baked goods left for us each day. They even have an old photo album with pictures and articles about the history of the cabin. I wasn’t sure about bathroom not being in the cabin, but it was just steps from the front door and so perfect with claw foot tub. Uber worked well for us to go back and forth to Main St. Fredericksburg for dinner/drinks. Highly recommend if you want privacy in a rustic, vintage environment.

Fantastic log cabin

Beautiful log cabin with a great back patio. Nice weather and nice view to drink my coffee outside. Very comfortable for my family of 5.

Fantastic!

If you are looking for the comforts of home and an amazing weekend getaway to spend quality time with your family, this is the place. Owners are wonderful, answered all questions promptly and eager to make our stay memorable. If you love the hill country you must stay at this home. Every aspect of this property is charming and personal, we loved it!

Relaxing Stay

Beautiful view, relaxing, peaceful. This little cabin is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The pastries were quite a treat, and they provide other healthier options for breakfast as well. The front and back doors are a bit difficult to open and close--could use some sanding to ease this problem. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Fantastic and quiet

We've been there a total of 6 times within a 10 year span. Mrs. Itz personally greets guest's, no amount of money can pay for her hospitality. I'm looking forward to seeing her once again and visiting her log cabin.

Wonderful place to stay

The log cabin was perfect. Very peaceful with the cows and the deer grazing close by. Fresh fruit and pastries were delivered every day. I loved the layout on the cabin and wash house. The a/c in the cabin did not work very well so i went and bought a fan so everything was good. Will be going back for sure

Anniversary

As always we had an incredible stay at The Log Cabin. The Itz family always makes our stay special and we look forward to staying every year. We were married and spent our honeymoon at The Log Cabin and have stayed every year on or around our anniversary except once (which was only due to icy road conditions). That was 31 years ago and we love it more every year. Thank you to the Itz family for a wonderful stay as always.
