Three luxury king bedrooms, a queen over queen slide bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa will sleep up to 12 people.

MAIN LEVEL:
- Bedroom 1: Master King Bed (Sleeps 2) with closet, ensuite bathroom with a luxurious tiled shower, smart TV, and dual vanity sinks.

UPPER LEVEL:
- Bedroom 2: King Bed (Sleeps 2) with closet, ensuite bathroom with a shower/bath combo, and smart TV
- Bedroom 3: King Bed (Sleeps 2) with closet, ensuite bathroom with a shower/bath combo, and smart TV
- Bedroom 4: The Queen over Queen Slide Bunk Bed (Sleeps 4) area is open to the living/gaming space with a smart TV. This area also features a memory foam sleeper sofa (Sleeps 2). It’s a fun and cozy setup with access to a full bathroom with a shower/bath combo.

Each full bathroom contains:

Lower Level features twin heated indoor pools, a full bath in the pool room, a second game room with deck access, hot tub, a half-bath, and a movie theater
Guest access
The entire cabin and all outdoor living spaces are all yours to enjoy during your entire stay.

* Three days prior to arrival, you’ll be sent the address and check-in details.

* We use keypad entry. Door code will be sent at 1pm on check-in day. Check-in opens at 4pm.

Smart TV’S: Cabin is equipped with fast wifi and smart TV's, so byo passwords for Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. just like at home. The cabin does not have cable.

THE SUPPLIES STARTER KIT WE PROVIDE

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is stocked very well with diningware, cookware, and utensils. We also have a spice rack.

For kitchen start up supplies we provide 2 rolls of paper towels, 1 dishwasher packet, liquid dish soap, a fresh sponge, and 3 trash bags.

COFFEE/TEA
We have a coffee/tea bar with a regular drip style coffee / Keurig combo.

We provide a start of 5 k cups, (no ground coffee or filters-BYO), flavored syrups, creamers, and sugar. If you need/want something specific, please bring your own. We also supply an assortment of teas plus some hot chocolate packets!

BATHROOM
A complimentary start of 1 ea. hotel size- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup remover wipes, hand soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)

LAUNDRY
1 laundry detergent packet + Iron/Ironing Board

However, other toiletries, condiments, zip locks, etc are NOT provided

PLEASE NOTE: You may need bring extra for supplies your trip depending on the length of your stay/number of guests.

- This property has one exterior camera overlooking the driveway area for your safety.

LOCATION:
- 4 wheel/all wheel drive is recommended and may be required during winter months/snowfall.

* TRAVEL INSURANCE* We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance ensures you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, weather, power outages, and other issues beyond our control). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of our cancellation policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.

- HOT TUB:
Upon check in the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest. However, it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK

- POOL RULES:
• Please secure and lock pool doors at all times
• To keep the pool working properly, do not turn off the water hose/autofill
• To keep the pool crystal clear, make sure to shower prior to pool entry
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• No Running or Diving
• No glass by the pool
• Please do not share pool door code with minors

- INDOOR GAS FIREPLACE:
The living room gas fireplace is available October through March, and is standard for every cabin in the area.

WILDLIFE:


- KEEP DOORS CLOSED TO HELP PREVENT UNWANTED VISITORS FROM ENTERING THE CABIN.

** BEARS: Keep in mind that there is a lot of bear activity in the area surrounding the cabin **
- DO NOT FEED BEARS!
- DO NOT PUT TRASH OUTSIDE UNLESS IN OUR BEAR PROOF CONTAINERS

- CRITTERS: You will likely see and hear critters. Remember, this is a cabin in the woods/forest. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out.
