This amazing apartment is located in the best area of Miraflores. Just two blocks from Kennedy Park, 3 blocks from the beach front walk and a 10-minute walk to Larcomar Shopping Center. Take relaxing walks along the beautiful Costa Verde and enjoy stunning sunsets along the coast. A safe and perfect area to get to know the best of Lima.
Arriving from the airport? Two blocks from the apartment you will find the stop for the Airport Express Lima, the official bus service that directly connects the airport with Miraflores. The safest and cheapest way to start or end your trip!

The apartment is located on the 5th floor (two elevators). It has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, an open kitchen with laundry area, a full bathroom and a half bathroom. The kitchen has a bar-dining room.
The room is equipped with a Smart-TV, a sofa bed, and a dining room for 6 people. The apartment has all the basic amenities such as: Kitchen, refrigerator, washer-dryer, microwave, electric oven, blender, coffee maker and gas water heater.
In the master bedroom you'll find a queen size bed. In the second bedroom, a double bed, and in the third bedroom, a full bed.
